Tucked away in a residential area of Saint Aygulf, Villa Chaumet is a charming home ideally located for a holiday close to family-friendly amenities and beaches on the Côte d'Azur.
Upon arriving at the villa, open the French doors and step out onto a sun-kissed terrace, facing a large, saltwater swimming pool - your holiday on the French Riviera has begun! This spacious villa offers numerous areas for entertaining inside and out; enjoy a morning coffee from the comfort of the pavilion, a barbecue in the shade during the midday heat, then recline on a deckchair with a glass of local rosé as the sun begins to set.
The open-plan living and dining room brings everyone together before heading off to one of the many bedrooms, each of which benefits from its own shower room. Grey, rainy days will be a distant memory as you enjoy the 300 days of sunshine on average that the French Riviera has to offer. If the heat gets too much, cool off in the pool or take a twenty-minute walk from the villa to reach the warm, sandy beaches that dot the glistening coastline.
Nestled between St Tropez and Cannes, Villa Chaumet is only a short walk from the small resort town of Saint Aygulf. With oak trees on one side and a gorgeous coast on the other, you will have everything you need at your fingertips, making your stay one for the books.
There is lots to keep you busy in Saint Aygulf and exploring the local area can be easily done on foot, by bike or by car. Within minutes you could be gallivanting along high ropes at the adventure park or diving into the deep blue waters of the beaches nearby. Location
About the surrounding area of Villa ChaumetVilla Chaumet is located in a residential area of Saint Aygulf, bordering natural lakes, tree-dotted hills and the gorgeous beaches of the French Riviera. Local grocery stores and a boulangerie are in walking distance from the villa, with larger convenience stores under 10 minutes away by car. Amenities such as restaurants, bars, banks and pharmacies can be found along the seafront, which is also within easy walking distance of the villa.
The hills behind Villa Chaumet are adorned with Provençal vineyards, making the villa the perfect starting point for your wine-tasting journey. If you’re not ready to put on your sommelier’s hat, there is an abundance of sporting activities to keep you busy. Hiking trails and narrow paths have been carved into the hills and cliffs of the area, offering breathtaking views as far as St Tropez!
If you’ve only got half an hour, a ten-minute walk from the villa will take you to the natural wetland area of Étangs de Villepey, which offers easy walking trails and excellent birdwatching.
The bike rental service in Saint Aygulf means that exploring doesn’t have to be done on foot, and diving, sailing, canoeing and fishing can be found just a stone’s throw from the villa. The area also has a number of highly rated golf courses, including an eighteen-hole golf course in Roquebrune Sur Argens, just a ten-minute drive from the villa.
Thrill seekers should head to Aqualand Fréjus, less than fifteen minutes from the villa by car, or Waterworld, only twenty minutes away. If you’re looking for something a little bit different, try playing a game of pétanque on one of the seaside courts in Fréjus, just a fifteen-minute drive from the villa.
Head to the local markets for a spot of shopping, or if you want to go further afield, you can get to St Tropez or Cannes in less than an hour. Head to these glamorous seaside towns to relax on beautiful beaches and brush shoulders with the stars.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Chaumet is the perfect place for your water babies! Aside from the enclosed pool area, there is a wide range of water activities that the kids will love. For guaranteed fun for all the family, there are two waterparks within twenty minutes of the villa.
The shallow waters of nearby beaches like Plage de la Galiote and Plage de Fréjus allows for safe, easy access for the children. Most importantly, there are a great number of food options along the beaches for when those tummies start rumbling.
When everyone’s tired of the water, head to the children’s playground overlooking the sea or take a thirty-minute drive to the adventure park to test your vertigo on the high ropes. If the little ones are nature enthusiasts, the Parc Zoologique de Fréjus will be sure to capture their attention, and it’s only a twenty-minute drive away!
