Maison Robuchon is an artistic paradise with a gorgeous swimming pool in the beautiful French Riviera village of Biot.
This 18th century farmhouse has been exquisitely renovated to create a fine and characterful 4-bedroom home just a short stroll from the village’s restaurants, cafés and galleries. Its authenticity and style will enchant you with its exposed stone walls, beautiful arched features and wood-beamed ceilings. Bold artwork adorns the wall and there is the perfect mix of classic and contemporary furnishings scattered across various levels.
Each of the four en suite bedrooms are so individual whether you choose the spacious double with its rolltop bath or the romantic canopied bedroom with its eclectic décor. The sense of French character continues outside with the most delightful covered terrace leading out to the stone patio and garden, then steps go up to the glorious swimming pool, also reached from the elegant upper lounge. The summer colours and Côte d'Azur ambience is truly magical.
All of this and you are just a few steps away from the heart of Biot, a picture-perfect village in the hills behind Antibes and Cagnes-sur-Mer. Dating back over 2500 years, the village is known for its glasswork and pottery – you will no doubt come across artisan studios as you explore. Savour the flavours of the Mediterranean and Provence in charming restaurants and cafes and look out for local products in inviting village shops.
Embrace the summer aromas of jasmine and roses as you explore the village, then venture beyond to discover the landscapes of olive trees and mimosas in this alluring part of the French Riviera. Discover hikes by the Brague River including a trail all the way to the market town of Valbonne, or head down to the coast for sandy shores, coastal walks and a wealth of attractions for every age with Antibes, Nice and Cannes so near.

- Guests need to be able to manage stairs in this characterful villa and please take care with the steps and terraced levels if travelling with young children.
- Embrace village life with everything so close. It's worth also noting that summer concerts sometimes take place at the nearby Jardin Frederic Mistral, including a jazz festival in early August.

About the surrounding area of Maison RobuchonMaison Robuchon is located in the French Riviera village of Biot, a short 22km drive from Nice Airport and only 4km from the coast just north of Antibes.
It’s just a few steps up the hill to the heart of the village and you are also very close to the Jardin Frederic Mistral, a delightful open space which occasionally hosts outdoor concerts including the Biot Jazz Festival that usually takes place in early August.
Soak up the ambience of this charming, artistic village as you potter around its historic centre (the origins of the village actually date back over 2500 years) with café terraces, restaurants, art galleries and pretty shops. The village is also known for its glasswork and pottery - Le Centre du Verre Contemporain and La Verrerie de Biot, both at the other end of the village, are worthy of a visit, as is the nearby Musée d'Histoire et de Céramique on the village’s main street. Just outside Biot, the Fernand Léger National Museum is another must-visit for art lovers.
The attractive old town of Antibes (7km) is a short drive away with its historic citadel, vibrant market and winding lanes home to restaurants, shops and the Musée Picasso. To the south, Cap d’Antibes is gorgeous with its little bays and coastal walking trails whilst Juan-les-Pins (8km) is a chic seaside resort with beachside restaurants, watersports, boat trips and a vibrant nightlife much loved by Parisians in the height of the summer.
In the other direction, the old town of Cagnes-sur-Mer (11km) contrasts perfectly with its long promenade and beach, home to the popular Pavillon de l'Hippodrome for horse-racing, whilst the elegant city of Nice (21km) can be easily reached for a fine day out. Continue on to picture-perfect spots such as Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the perched village of Èze and even Monaco, reached in under an hour by car.
The glamour of Cannes is merely 16km by car alongside its wonderful beaches and marina with a wealth of boat tours including ferries across to the tranquil Lérins Islands. In the hills behind Cannes is flower-filled Mougins (12km), known for its gastronomic restaurants and art galleries, a village adored by Picasso in his later life.
Keen walkers note there is a superb hiking trail between Biot and the historic market town of Valbonne, following much of the Brague River. Golf-lovers have a great choice of courses scattered across this part of the Côte d'Azur near Biot, Valbonne and Mougins whilst there are yet more fantastic outdoor adventures to be experienced around Grasse (21km), the Gorges du Loup (27km) and beyond across this stunning part of the Alpes-Maritimes.

Best Suited For: All AgesIt’s great to be able to walk into the village for your morning croissants or to make the most of the café terraces and restaurants. If children need to let off steam, there is a little space at the nearby the terraced Jardin Frederic Mistral and there are tennis courts on the other side of the village near the sports centre. Furthermore, young art lovers will adore the little art galleries and glass-blowing studios and museums in and around the village.
Experienced walkers can enjoy long walks through the Parc Naturel de la Brague – pack a picnic and stop off by the Pont des Tamarins picnic area. Gentler strolls can be found in the Valmasque Parc near Mougins and Valbonne or head to the pretty lotus pond, Étang de Fontmerle, around 10km away.
As well as the beaches around the French Riviera coastline, range of summer watersports and boat excursions, there are plenty of family attractions along the Côte d'Azur. Start off just north of Antibes around Marineland, Kid’s Island, Aquasplash, Antibes Land Park and Adventure Golf, all within a 4km drive. There are further theme parks near the village of Villeneuve-Loubet, including Le Bois des Lutins and Le Village des Fous.
