Maison Marina is a contemporary home near the seaside resort of Bénodet in Brittany, sleeping up to 6 guests. Enter into the open plan living and dining area decorated with bright and tasteful furnishings and filled with natural light from the large windows and sliding doors and. The modern fireplace ensures the home is never without an element of cosiness (should you need to use it!)

There are three bedrooms, one of which is also located on the ground floor. What’s more, this room also boast an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor you’ll find two more bedrooms. One contains a French bed, while the other room has twin beds - great for children or friends sharing a room.
Stepping outside onto the terrace is a treat in itself thanks to the villa’s south facing orientation. Here you’ll find al fresco dining furniture, four deck chairs and a heated swimming pool. Children will love running around the extensive and well-manicured garden (when they are not in the pool!)

- Maison Marina is an attractive house with lots of modern features such as the open-tread staircase. Children will need to be careful when using these.
- The first floor bedrooms have characterful sloping ceilings – watch your head if staying in one of these rooms.
- This abode is located in a hamlet with green surroundings, however please note that there are neighbouring houses.
- A car is beneficial to explore the wonderful region.

About the surrounding area of Maison MarinaMaison Marina is situated less than ten minutes by car from the famous seaside resort of Bénodet, the jewel in the crown of Brittany. The town boasts a casino, thalassotherapy centre, cinema, marina, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and numerous beaches, making Bénodet a picturesque seaside town with ample opportunities for both relaxation and activities. During summer months the town’s population booms and many exciting events take place, including the Obelix Trophy yacht race.
Bénodet itself takes its name from the River Odet, which flows into the Atlantic Ocean between Bénodet and Sainte-Marine. In the city of Quimper (20-25 minutes by car), the Odet River passes peacefully under beautiful hanging gardens and footbridges, making a boat ride or walk along the river a great treat. For even more adventure, numerous cruises leave the river mouth to explore the Glenan archipelago nearby.
The city of Quimper itself offers a number of interesting sights, including the Cathedral of Saint-Coretin, tropical gardens and numerous museums and galleries. The area, known particularly for its apples, contains several options to visit cider mills and taste the best of Brittany. Try Cidrerie Manoir du Kinkiz to explore their wonderful range of ciders, brandies and juices.

Surf School Bénodet offers an excellent opportunity for kids to learn how to surf. What is more, the company offers a pick up and return service from the villa, making a day’s fun on the waves an easy option.
The Bonobo Parc tree-top adventure park in Quimper allows you to climb up into the trees and pretend to be Tarzan. With acrobatic trails, zip lines, monkey bars, swings, and all manner of tree-top adventures, this place is a hoot for the whole family.
For more high-octane and fuel-injected fun, Bretagne Karting (15 minutes by car) offers go-karting on its 700m long circuit and paintball in a two-hectare field. Both activities making a fun day out for the whole family.

Great vacation!
The hospitable landlord, gave us a warm welcome! Helpful, quick contact! Beautiful holiday home in a quiet, central location. The pool was pleasantly heated, about 27 degrees. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need - even bicycles were available. The garden is not fenced. The neighbours (the owner's parents), reserved and very friendly, have a sweet Jack Russel Terrier who might stop by. Great vacation. Thanks!

Very nice week there!
This spacious holiday home is very quiet and the pool area is almost invisible. The house is ideally divided, functionally and thoughtfully furnished and has everything you need. It is still relatively new, has a heated outdoor pool and two bathrooms upstairs and on the ground floor. The landlord is very friendly and the handover took place without any problems and with further tips for your holiday stay. All in all, the four of us spent a very nice week there!
