Maison La Brise provides a peaceful getaway, comfortably hosting up to six guests with the spectacular Arcachon Bay right on its doorstep.
The spacious living and dining room has a warm ambience, as well as floods of natural light, tasteful furnishings and plush sofas. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the open-plan kitchen, complete with the whole range of modern appliances and ample counter space, ensuring guests have everything they need to toss together a salad or prepare a feast.
Maison La Brise has three well-appointed bedrooms, the master consisting of a queen-sized bed, dressing room and en suite. The second bedroom also boasts a queen-sized bed, while the third comes complete with a double. Adorned with soft linens, you're sure to have a restful night's sleep.
Stepping outside reveals a private oasis, from shaded terrace to turquoise pool and lush gardens all around. Here you can bask in the French sunshine, dine al fresco, or take a dip. Better yet, make use of the private sauna and then dive in the pool!
Situated just outside the resort town of Andernos-les-Bains, Maison La Brise has easy access to picturesque coastal trails yet gives guests the chance to experience the bay's natural beauty away from the crowds. About the surrounding area of Maison La BriseThe Bassin d’Arcachon, or Arcachon Bay, is a large Atlantic-fed bay west of Bordeaux with an inlet between the tip of the Cap Ferret promontory in the west and the famous resort town of Arcachon to the east. Various towns, fishing ports and holiday resorts dot the bay’s coastline.
Maison La Brise is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the renowned resort Andernos-les-Bains. The closest supermarket can be found in the nearby fishing village of Lanton, where you can also find a few restaurants, a beach and a small harbour populated with picturesque bobbing boats. For those who like to swing the sticks, the Aiguilles Vertes golf club can be found only a short distance away.
Andernos-les-Bains itself features a long pier and is best enjoyed at high tide when the bay sidles right up to the beach. Here a range of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a theatre, and even a casino can be found. A short drive south will bring you to Le Teich and its ornithological reserve, a magical spot for birdwatchers to see a wide range of bird species in their natural environment. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars!
Following the bay around will bring you to the popular resort town of Arcachon, where begins the longest, sandiest stretch of coastline in Europe, running 200 kilometres southward to Biarritz. Don’t forget to check out the Dune de Pilat, Europe’s highest sand dune whose shifting summit provides panoramic views across to Cap Ferret.

Best Suited For: All AgesMaison La Brise's spacious living areas, manicured garden and inviting swimming pool makes this villa the perfect getaway for families with young children. Enjoy outdoor barbecues by the pool or take the kids down to the beach at Taussat (10-15 minute walk).
Around Arcachon Bay, and especially toward Arcachon itself, there is a litany of activities for kids. Notably there's the amusement parks of Aqualand Bassin d'Arcachon and Parc de la Coccinelle, the former is a waterpark, the latter a more ride-based theme park, both a great day out.
Arcachon's Atlantic coastline is the longest stretch of sandy beach in Europe, making it an ideal place to play and explore. Make sure to check out the Dune de Pilat, Europe's highest sand dune and a great vantage point to see across to Cap Ferrat, down the coast towards Biarritz, and across in the direction of the villa along the bay.
