Offering sweeping views across the Jack Nicklaus golf course, there is a constant sense of tranquillity at Villa Kellyann. This stunning villa sits within the popular Reunion Resort, offering space for a large group of eighteen to rest in style, striking a careful balance between relaxation and playfulness.
As you drive up, the villa offers a grand feeling from the offset, and the interiors are no different. Set over two levels, each corner you turn there is a new surprise, with large open-plan living areas complemented by hidden games rooms, a theatrical home cinema and a home gym.
On the ground floor, the main living space is open-plan, designed on a grand scale to creates a luxurious room where you can all spend time together as a group. The kitchen feels bright and open, with high ceilings that offer a combination of bright spotlights ideal for cooking and elegant low hanging bulbs over the island for a more intimate atmosphere. Equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, this clever space is both practical and social, with the open-plan layout making it easy to communicate with anyone on the sofas or at the dining table. The sofas come as a set of three, with two armchairs, meticulously arranged to face both the TV and each other, creating a more friendly feel to this vast space. The dining table sits framed by two sets of windows, with space for twelve to dine together, its marble style top, plush chairs and two large pendant lights make each meal feel like a special occasion!
Moving through the rest of the villa, you will find two amazing games rooms, a cinema and a home gym, as well as the seven bright bedrooms. The entertainment spaces set this villa aside, keeping both kids and adults entertained for hours, making the cosy atmosphere of the bedrooms a welcome respite once your energy has eventually dwindled! Five of the rooms boast king-size beds, one with two doubles and the final designed for kids with two sets of bunk beds; each has its own en-suite.
At the back of the villa, with unspoilt views of the golf course, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, covered dining area, relaxing sun loungers and a fabulous summer kitchen. Designed so you can amble between the interior and exterior with ease, every inch of this villa is liveable, creating plenty of space for you all to find your own corner, coming together for quality moments as a group.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe moment you tell your kids that you are heading to Disney Land they are sure to be over the moon but staying at Villa Kellyann will be the icing on the cake! Equipped with two playrooms, a private swimming pool and a cinema room, the fun certainly doesn’t end when you get home, with any extra energy quickly burned off as they fire up arcade games and hop in and out of the pool.
The villa itself offers seven bedrooms, one of which is specifically designed for kids, with two sets of bunk beds, so four children can share. With steps leading up to the top bunks, getting up and down is easy, preventing any dispute between who gets the upper and lower bunk, and they can store all their belongings and toys in the two big drawers under the bottom beds. For any older children, there are plenty of double rooms to choose between, with the king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms feeling like a real treat.
The cinema room is amazing; it boasts ten leather reclining chairs, arranged over three tiers and a large projection screen where the magic of your favourite films will come to life – you just have to pick which one! There are also two games room; the first has a large flat-screen TV, a five-seat table, multi-arcade video game, air hockey and basketball shooting game that kids will love. The second is slightly more adult and may be preferred by older kids, although still offering something for every age group. Located in the loft area, it offers a pool table, table football, a built-in wet bar, large flat-screen TV, two-seat high top tables, a dining table for four, and a furnished balcony over the Jack Nicklaus golf course with a comfy sofa.
If you can ever get them out of the games room and through the front door, then the magic of Walt Disney World is only 15-minutes away and Universal Studios just 25-minutes! Kids can fill their passbooks as they meet each of their favourite Disney characters, burning off adrenaline as they rush down thrilling rollercoasters and sit mesmerised by magic shows for hours. Orlando has something for everyone, with a fun adventure for every age group, so no matter their age, your kids will be heading back to school with unforgettable stories and memories to tell their friends!

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra $575, to be paid at time of booking. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. You’ll need prior authorisation to enter the United States, either through a visa, a Permanent Resident Card, or the Visa Waiver Programme. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days. You should complete an online pre-registration form on the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) website, before you travel.
