- There is no public transportation to access the property, one needs a taxi or a rental car. The villa offers a complimentary airport transfer on request.
- Guests can make use of the skis, snow shoes and sledge sliding hill all year round, as well as the SUP, boat and bikes in summer.
- The wood fired sauna needs booking as an extra and is prepared by your host.
- There's a carport for two cars and one snowmobile in the yard.
- All excursions available are exclusive to the guests of Artic Oasis.
- Homemade dinners by the host are available. Please enquire should you wish to see the menu.

My family and friends and I had a fabulous stay here. The home was beautiful, elegant and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed so we cooked a few time together as a family. It was in a quiet residential neighbourhood away from the city and right next to the lake. We had a walk on the lake a few times. The view was breathtaking especially when it’s sunny. Photos can’t even explain 10% of how amazing it is. Nina and Krisse who are the house owners have been really friendly and helpful. I can tell that they have put a lot of love and effort to this house. It’s a perfect place to stay if you just want to have a chill holiday when you don’t need to do anything else but being with your loved ones. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Rovaniemi again in the future!!

It was in a quiet residential neighbourhood away from the city and right next to the lake. We had a walk on the lake a few times. The view was breathtaking especially when it’s sunny. I can tell that they have put a lot of love and effort to this house. It’s a perfect place to stay if you just want to have a chill holiday when you don’t need to do anything else but being with your loved ones.
