As soon as you walk into the awesome, 5 star Villa Validis II, you will think wow! It is so incredibly beautiful with fabulous light coming through into every room. All five immaculate bedrooms have one wall of light facing directly to the azure water below. To have this waterside location in Trogir is simply amazing and such a delight!
Trogir is so alluring with its charming atmosphere, stunning architecture, narrow, charismatic streets, stunning marinas, beautiful beaches and incredible restaurants. It is definitely a perfect destination in Croatia and so easy to island-hop from too!
Wherever you are inside this villa or in the garden, rooftop terrace or pool you are greeted with the most astonishing, breathtaking views of the sea and boats bobbing around. It is astounding. Directly in front of your villa is a garden with outdoor dining. On the lower level, right on the waterside is the most incredible infinity pool. It is enormous, the length of your villa and next doors’. The 100 sqm pool is therefore shared, but it is so spectacular you will not mind this one bit, and it is surrounded by so many sun loungers and cosy lounge seating to enjoy the panorama of the water.
The design of the interior is sensational with so much attention to detail. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens directly to the garden, is so spacious with opulent, comfortable furniture. The kitchen is immaculate. A wonderful, modern staircase leads you upstairs. The five deluxe bedrooms, sleeping 10, are on the two floors above the living area and all have uninterrupted sea views. They are a mix of kings and twins. In total, there are six dazzling bathrooms. The top floor has an outstanding terrace with lounge chairs and more phenomenal views.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa Validis IITrogir is a perfect destination in Croatia. It is not far from Split airport, just 3km, and offers so much in the way of beaches, entertainment, scenery and restaurants. Set within Medieval walls on a tiny island, linked by bridges to both the mainland and to the far larger Ciovo Island, the Cipiko Palaces and St. Lawrence Cathedral are examples of the incredible architecture. Building work started on the cathedral in 1213. The main part was completed in 1250 with the bell tower built between the 14th and 16th centuries. You can climb the bell tower to appreciate fantastic views from the top. The Cipiko Places were home to the town’s noble family in the 15th century. It is no wonder that is was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. On summer nights everyone leaves the knotted, maze-like marble streets and gravitates to the wide seaside promenade lined with cafes, bars, restaurants and luxury yachts. You will find local honey, wines, olive oils and grappa amongst the colourful local fruit and vegetable produce at the wonderful market.
Nearby are the islands of Brac and Hvar. Brac Island is blessed with stunning scenery, wonderful coves and, of course, the mesmerizing, picture-postcard Zlatni Rat Beach at Bol. Hvar is famed for its lavender fields and its reputation at Croatia’s coolest clubbing destination. Both are worth a boat trip to discover if you have time.
Split Old Town is an absolute gem and also worth a visit. You can take the ferry there if you do not want to drive. Again the promenade is a great attraction as well as the gorgeous Diocletian’s Palace.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Validis II is a wonderful family holiday destination. You will find it incredibly hard to get them out of the glorious infinity pool, but there is a lot to see and do.
There are beautiful beaches around Trogir including Rozac Beach, Okrug Beach, Mavarstica Beach, Copacabana Beach, Marinova Draga Beach and Medina Beach which is in Seget Donji, a village 4km from Trogir. On Ciovo Island, across the bridge from the old town, the largest beach is Okrug Gornji, though it does get crowded in summer. The pebbly, Kava Beach at Slatina is less crowded.
Children interested in history will enjoy the St Lawrence Cathedral and Fortress Kamerlengo in Trogir. There are amazing views from the top.
From Trogir, by boat, you can visit Bisevo Island and the coastal town of Komiza and explore the epic Blue Cave and Stiniva Bay. The Blue Cave is so amazing with the blue light. It is 24m long and 10-12m wide with two openings. The underwater canopy through the cave floods with sunlight which, when it passes through the water at first disappears and then fills the entire cave with a silver-blue resin.
In Split, the Wakeboard Cable Park in Split is huge fun with five piers and several obstacles for wakeboarding and waterskiing fun. It can be very challenging, but it a great day out.

Beautiful villa with fantastic views!
Beautiful villa with fantastic views. The house is practically on the beach. Top-quality furniture and appliances. It is situated near Trogir (just a short walk). Car parking is in the shade next to the house, but we almost didn't need the cars during the whole vacation. All conditions for a relaxing holiday.

Great location! Everything so close! You practically do not need a car! Trogir is a very charming little town with some of the best restaurants! Highly recommended!
