The modern villa boasts four bedrooms, a heated indoor swimming pool, a relaxing sauna and easy access to the secluded shores of a nearby pebble beach. With sun-drenched outdoor spaces and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, Villa Diell offers up to eight guests a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday retreat in the heart of beautiful Dalmatia.

Azure skies and the gentle sea breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s spacious terrace each morning, where you can sip a freshly brewed cup of coffee as you soak up the warm Croatian sunshine. The comfortable outdoor lounge provides a great spot for a leisurely breakfast, while the villa’s expansive lawn is perfect for families, offering plenty of fun and games with a trampoline and a cute play area. If an afternoon swim in the crystal-clear waters of the ocean takes your fancy, you can stroll to the nearby pebble beach. Later on, gather everyone together for a delicious barbecue at Villa Diell’s covered outdoor dining area, or enjoy the sparkling views of the sea at sunset from the first-floor terrace. The traditional Dalmatian grill provides a warm glow once the stars begin to appear.

An abundance of natural light flows into the open-plan living space on Villa Diell’s ground floor, where guests will find an inviting lounge area with a sumptuous corner sofa, a smart TV and a cosy fireplace. A sleek kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and an island, while a stylish dining area provides the ideal place for everyone to come together to enjoy a home-cooked feast and discuss the day’s adventures. Meanwhile, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the villa’s spectacular swimming pool at any time, with atmospheric ceiling lights and plenty of comfortable poolside loungers. The pool area also features an LCD TV and a family bathroom.

The basement level of Villa Diell features a well-appointed home gym and a relaxing sauna, the perfect place to unwind after exploring Croatia’s coastal wonders. Two additional showers are on this floor, one next to the sauna and one next to the gym zone. The basement also offers guests a fantastic entertainment room with billiards, table football, darts, a PlayStation console and a retro pinball machine. Meanwhile, the villa’s traditional konoba – a warm and inviting tavern space – features a fully equipped kitchen, authentic wooden furnishings and its own separate entrance, making this the ideal place for a special event or a family gathering.

A contemporary staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor of Villa Diell, where there are four spacious bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is a twin room that can be arranged as a double upon request. Each bedroom offers direct access to a private balcony with a romantic seating area, while three bedrooms benefit from enchanting ocean vistas. The villa’s bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, ensuring your nights are as restful as your relaxing days. The bedrooms also provide guests with modern en-suite bathrooms, offering a walk-in shower or an indulgent bathtub.

Situated between the medieval old town of Trogir and the picturesque coastal village of Primošten, Villa Diell’s location in Marina offers guests a treasure trove of Croatia’s coastal gems to explore. Marina is a quiet summer resort and fishing village with a beautiful turquoise bay and plenty of scenic pebble and sand beaches, surrounded by fragrant pine trees and olive groves. End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
