Boasting breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the warm, crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, Villa Riva is a charming four-bedroom property situated near the idyllic seaside town of Rogoznica on Croatia’s sparkling southern coastline.
The villa is split over two levels and features understated interior living spaces and two gorgeous balconies. With a stunning location within easy driving distance of a treasure trove of Croatian coastal gems, Villa Riva is the ideal place to relax and unwind with your loved ones whilst exploring the heart of sun-drenched Dalmatia.
Each morning, azure skies and the gentle sea breeze will draw your outside to the villa’s charming ground-floor balcony, where you can relax and admire the ocean vistas with a simple cup of coffee, before making your way down to the peaceful beachfront patio below, where lush greenery provides shade and seclusion. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely swim in the sea or unwind with a good book on a comfortable sun lounger for the rest of the morning. Later on, enjoy a delicious meal accompanied by a glass of the excellent local wine at sunset, from the comfort of the villa’s welcoming outdoor dining area.
Inside Villa Riva, the bright and airy ground-floor living space features an open-plan design, encompassing a comfortable lounge area, a casual indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, the perfect place for preparing the local produce you have discovered on your travels. With an inviting sofa and a flatscreen TV, the lounge provides the ideal spot in which to relax after a day spent exploring nearby beaches and hiking trails. This living space also provides direct access to the villa’s beautiful balcony. There is also a modern double bedroom on the ground floor, featuring a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The upper level of the villa provides three more delightful bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature restful interiors and double beds, while the third bedroom is a twin room offering colourful décor and a modern en-suite bathroom, as well as access to a private balcony with a tranquil seating area and more spectacular sea views. At Villa Riva, up to eight guests can enjoy a restful and rejuvenating experience under the Croatian sun, with plenty of contemporary comforts.

Rogoznica locals are understandably proud of their stunning beaches, which stretch along fifty kilometres of dazzling turquoise waters. With a warm and sunny climate and an array of local restaurants and shops providing visitors with the opportunity to sample excellent local cuisine, the town provides a glimpse into the authentic heart of beautiful Dalmatia.
The vibrant centre of Rogoznica is located on a peninsula that was once an island. Today, it is connected to the mainland by a manmade isthmus, but retains its unique island feel. Surrounded by forests and dotted with traditional stone houses, the town is also well known for its scenic port, as well as the impressive harbour at Marina Frapa. History enthusiasts will enjoy learning more about the cultural heritage of Rogoznica at the Church of the Assumption, while visitors to the Chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary can admire sweeping views of the ocean under the shade of fragrant pine trees.
