Bright blue skies will draw you outside to the villa’s secluded terrace each morning, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, which boasts a waterfall feature and a poolside shower. Unwind on a sun lounger with a freshly brewed cup of coffee before challenging the family to a game of basketball or volleyball on the villa’s dedicated court. Younger visitors can enjoy the cute play area with a slide, swings and a trampoline. Later, gather everyone for a delicious barbecue prepared at the well-appointed summer kitchen, which features a covered dining area and a traditional grill. Meanwhile, the dining and outdoor lounge areas on Villa Tankia’s first-floor balcony offer an idyllic spot where you can enjoy a glass of Istrian wine and take in the picture-perfect views of the Adriatic Sea at sunset.

Upon entering the villa’s first floor from the balcony, guests will find an airy living space with a contemporary open-plan layout. A welcoming lounge area features comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV, while a charming dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances. Patio doors provide access to the spacious balcony, offering enchanting sea views. Also located on the first floor of Villa Tankia are two delightful bedrooms. A bright single bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while a double bedroom offers a cool and restful ambience. A large family bathroom also features a walk-in shower. The second floor is home to the villa’s master bedroom, boasting an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with panoramic ocean vistas.

On the ground floor of Villa Tankia, there are two more double bedrooms, each of which features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A games room provides plenty of entertainment for a relaxing evening at home, with a TV, a pool table and darts. There is also a convenient utility room with laundry facilities and a WC. The villa’s fabulous wellness zone boasts a Finnish sauna, a shower, a relaxation area and a hot tub, where you can completely unwind as you feel the day’s adventures melt away. The wellness zone also provides direct access to the sunny terrace. Villa Tankia also features a home gym, accessible from the summer kitchen, where guests can enjoy invigorating morning workouts in peace.

The peaceful hamlet of Viškovići lies along the eastern coastline of Croatian Istria, just three kilometres away from the sparkling waters of the Adriatic Sea. Just two kilometres from the villa, Autocamp Tunarica offers a wide array of water sports facilities, including boats, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for visitors to rent on sunny afternoons. Intrepid explorers will love the astonishing views from Učka Nature Park, roughly fifty minutes away from Viškovići by car. The park offers plenty of family-friendly activities, from educational tours to hiking trails that lead you through enchanting forests and mountain villages. Later, go down to Opatija for a well-earned ice cream and a stroll along the Lungomare promenade before a delicious family dinner at a traditional tavern.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
