Situated on a beautiful 2000m² plot in the stunning Istria area, Villa Dorotea offers a luxurious style of living in fabulous surroundings. Located in the peaceful village of Režanci, under a thirty-kilometre drive from popular Pula, this villa is the perfect base for exploring this spectacular area of Croatia.
Villa Dorotea is a luxurious, modern property ideal for relaxing in style. The main living area is open-plan, with large glass doors allowing sunlight to flood in. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, open to the large dining table with space to seat up to twelve guests comfortably. The living room is open-plan, perfect for sitting together as a family. Two double bedrooms on the ground floor have an en-suite shower room. The entire ground floor of Villa Dorotea is wheelchair accessible for ease. There are three further en-suite bedrooms on the second floor, and the master bedroom has access to a covered terrace. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property, so you will have all the modern comforts you might need.
Outside, the pool terrace is perfect for relaxing, with sun loungers and charming views. Beyond the terrace, a private forest area of 5000m², including walking trails and hammocks, is available, as well as a separate fitness and Spa house featuring exercise equipment and a sauna.

About the surrounding area of Villa DoroteaThe villa is located in Istria, about a thirty-minute drive from the charming Pula. Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring the Istrian peninsula. Situated in the peaceful village of Režanci, 7km from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, this is a fabulous spot for finding privacy and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle. The village has a food shop that is open daily for basic shopping needs. The closest beaches are only a short twenty-kilometre drive away!
As Croatian wines grow in popularity and stature, Svetvinčenat does its bit to promote the best of the region with an annual New Wine Festival each autumn. Cheese takes centre stage, with the Svetvinčenat Cheese Festival hosting artisanal cheese makers from all over Croatia and neighbouring Slovenia.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Dorotea is an exciting holiday home for children. Outside, kids and adults alike will love the multi-purpose sports court that can be used for - tennis, football or volleyball…a great way to exhaust one another before taking a splash in the private swimming pool. If you want to let the little ones have a bit of free rein, you can leave them to explore the children's playground. Villa Dorotea has e-bikes, which are available upon request.
When the little ones start getting itchy feet, there's plenty to do in the surrounding region. Dinopark in Funtana is a great day out. This amusement park is full of activities & rides, as well as places to eat. The kids will have a great day out. If you're looking for something more educational, a visit to Aquarium Pula should certainly be on the cards.

Peaceful
This peaceful environment offers a stillness rarely found whilst on vacation. The villas are completed to a high standard and finished with tasteful furnishings and décor. The connection to the kitchen and all things culinary is an ongoing theme and good for larger groups of friends or family. The villas offer a perfect blend of activity (pool, golf) focus (yoga, reading), and creativity (cooking, playing board games) all of which help to root you in a sense of well-being. Being in the kitchen offers engagement and attention as the kitchen is open and a focal point for the dining, living room and large front terraces. The availability of fresh and special Croatian food supply from nearby markets and farmers makes cooking something deep and significant and it is about being in a relationship with all your guests. No time for restlessness at these villas you are fully settled into peace from the moment you arrive! 5 stars!

Ideal for relaxing
Everything went really well and we had a great stay at the three villas- Villa Dorotea, Casa Dimas, and Casa Andrik. We were a group of 32 people celebrating our graduation and this place was ideal to relax and party a little bit. Also the communication with Andrea was really fast and without problems. We definitely want to come back again!

Great stay!
We had a great stay in Villa Dorotea. The accommodation was perfect with each bedroom effectively being the same - so no conflict between guests. But most importantly the standard of accommodation (and its great air conditioning) was outstandingly good. But the highlight has to be the customer service which focused on the owner Andrea. He organised everything and nothing was ever a problem for him. We took his advice regarding where to go what to do, restaurants etc and all was just great. So, for us it was great accommodation, very good location, and great service

Amazing
I had amazing experience in Villa Dorotea with my family and friends. Great hospitality, delicious food and above all excellent accommodation. The biggest highlight of our trip was organisation of tours across beautiful Istria by the property owners. We had a chance to try the best food and wines, to visit some unique places (castles, old city, etc.) and also to meet some really nice people.
