There is a top level-ATP tennis tournament, called the Croatian Open which takes place in Umag every year. There are also some fabulous hiking paths from the house and bicycle paths, you can hire mountain bikes to enjoy these walks/cycle paths, if that takes your group’s fancy. 

On the stunning pebble beach, which is only 200m from the villa, there are beach facilities which are suitable for children. There is also an abundance of activities to partake in here too: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, minigolf, a waterpark, diving, sailing, surfing and water skiing – what more could you want? This location is superb for those active ones, but if some of your group are not as active, then there is plenty for them to do too.
