Villa Elivah is a large, modern and stunningly-decorated property split over to identical villas, which is in Umag a modern tourist centre, an ideal place for healthy and active holidays with numerous possibilities of sporting recreation. With an impressive eight bedrooms, this villa sleeps up to twenty people which makes it a perfect villa for those larger groups of friends, or a large family/multiple families, to enjoy all of the space this villa has to offer. Villa Elivah offers an amazing outdoor space which is idyllic as you can enjoy the pool and outdoor space, whilst younger guests can relish in the outdoor play space. If you are looking for a villa, which is a little different in terms of the amount of sporting opportunities there are in the stunning Croatian sunshine, then Villa Elivah will provide just that.
Both Villas are identical, Upon entering each villa you will be blown away by the luxurious and comfortable furnishings and the beautifully open-planned kitchen and dining area. This space will provide a perfect place to socialise or relax after you have enjoyed a beautiful meal. You can exit onto the terrace from here to continue to enjoy the stunning outdoor space, whilst you watch the world go by or even more beautifully, whilst you watch the sunset. The kitchen is well-equipped including: a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a freezer and an electric coffee machine which is everything you will require for an evening in). An extremely inviting dining table sits in this space, and provides enough space for all of the guests, and then to unwind, you can all go into the living area where there is a large and very comfortable sitting area with an open-hearth fireplace if that is what your guests desire.
Moreover, on the upper floor you will find two exquisite bedrooms, with one double with double sofa-bed and one twin bedroom both with air-conditioning and satellite TV. On the second upper floor, you will find two more bedrooms, each with one French bed, a lovely shower room, satellite TV and air conditioning. From these bedrooms, you can exit onto a terrace which is equipped with furniture, deck chairs and has a beautiful view of the swimming pools and beyond. To top off this stunning villa, on the low ground there is a billiard table, darts, table football and air conditioning for you all to enjoy.
As if this villa could not get any better, the outdoor space is a real winner and will provide endless days of fun no matter what kind of group are staying as guests. There is a large and beautiful shared garden space with lawn and an abundance of plants. The two swimming pools are both heated, providing ample space for you all to enjoy the water. There is also an outdoor shower, a children’s playground and plenty of parking. Villa Elivah has everything you could possibly want, whether it be a quiet relaxing space, a romantic spot or large space for a family, Villa Elivah has it.

About the surrounding area of Villa ElivahVilla Elivah is situated in Umag a modern tourist centre, which is an ideal place for a healthy and active holiday. There are a number of possibilities for sporting recreation: from diving, sailing, biking, hiking, horse-riding to volleyball on the beach and tennis. There is a top level-ATP tennis tournament, called the Croatian Open which takes place in Umag every year. If this is something that takes your fancy, then make sure to look up when it is so you can tally up your holiday with it.
Moreover, this stunning location is situated on the peninsular, which is very attractive, with a net of narrow little streets, cafes and small restaurants. This is the perfect place to immerse yourself into the true Croatian culture as you will be able to talk to the locals, and dine on the local delicacies. This location is a small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort which is perfect for a quiet holiday, but it also has an abundance of activities for you to enjoy, whether it be inside the privacy of your villa, the sporting opportunities or in the true Croatian streets and restaurants.
Within a stone’s throw, there are plenty of shops, a supermarket, restaurants, an indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, a doctor, pharmacy and to top it all off, an opportunity for a massage. With these amenities being so close to the villa, this is the perfect location for those who would like a private villa but are still able to become engrossed with the Croatian culture nearby. There are also some fabulous hiking paths from the house and bicycle paths, you can hire mountain bikes to enjoy these walks/cycle paths, if that takes your group’s fancy.
On the stunning pebble beach, which is only 200m from the villa, there are beach facilities which are suitable for children. There is also an abundance of activities to partake in here too: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, minigolf, a waterpark, diving, sailing, surfing and water skiing – what more could you want? This location is superb for those active ones, but if some of your group are not as active, then there is plenty for them to do too.

Region
This heart-shaped peninsula was the birthplace of modern Croatian tourism, and it’s easy to see why. Its history has bestowed it with Italian sophistication, most obviously seen in pastel-painted coastal towns, like romantic Rovinj. But, tear yourself away from the Istrian coast, through the vineyards, olive groves, and dense forests, and you will discover brilliantly preserved medieval towns and villages, where cobbled streets reveal quaint galleries, sweet squares and sea-views.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Elivah offers ample room for families or a large group, with a large shared garden and two private, heated swimming pools, the children will be entertained for hours. If the children do want to get out, then the beach is only 200m away from this resort which makes it perfect for guests with children, as they can take a short walk and have a completely different experience from what they have in the villa. Also, to provide some more entertainment within the villa, there is a billiard table and table football to keep everyone entertained.
Furthermore, the local shops and restaurants are all within a short walk, which makes it ideal for families who would like an evening out which isn’t too far away, as there is an authentic Croatian restaurant you can all enjoy. Not only that, the walk, and there are a number of different walks/hikes you can take, allows for the children to see the beautiful surrounding neighbourhoods, and countryside and enjoy the adventure a new walk inevitably brings. The private and focal swimming pools are a gold-mine for this villa, and will provide hours and hours of entertainment for the children. As the garden is easily accessed from the open plan living and dining, it is easy for the adults to keep an eye on the children if they are in the pool. Equally, there is ample room for everyone to be outside which again makes it easier for the children to enjoy the pool, whilst the adults either relax around the pool, in the pool house or jump right in with the children!
All of the rooms have satellite TV which is perfect for the children wanting to relax by themselves, or to give the adults some time alone. There is also WIFI available, which is free of charge and will also provide the children with entertainment if they need or would like a break from the beautiful Croatian sunshine.
As something a little different, they could also partake in some sports which are all available from the nearby stunning beach, which is only 200m from the villa: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, minigolf, a waterpark, diving, sailing, surfing and water skiing – what more could they possibly want?
