Villa Darinca is a modern, contemporary and beautiful villa situated in Porec, one of the most well-known and most modern holiday resorts. This spacious, sunny and private villa will definitely give you the peaceful holiday you desire, but can also provide plenty of entertainment nearby and it is definitely child-friendly. With three bedrooms, which sleeps six guests in total, this beautiful home will provide all of the space needed for a comfortable stay; it makes it a fantastic choice for families. Everyone will have the space they need to enjoy some time in the stunning Croatian sunshine.

Upon your entrance to the villa, what will hit you straightaway is the amount of space which the outside has to offer and the abundance of activities which are already included with this villa: a play area for children, a private pool, plenty of room in the garden for sunbathing, an outside dining table and volleyball. There are also stunning views of some beautiful Croatian countryside which surround this villa. Upon entering the villa, you are hit with the modern and grand, open-plan living and dining area which is perfect for socialising and has an extremely homely feel to it. The dining table comfortably seats eight people, which is perfect for a beautiful family meal after a day in the sunshine. The kitchen is bright, modern and well equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, freezer and an electric coffee machine, which makes your night in even more perfect. From the living/dining area, you can exit onto the stunning terrace which houses ample entertainment and space – perfect for a family or a large group. Also, the living room has a large satellite TV and a stunning open-hearth fireplace.

On the ground floor, there is one room which one French bed, which exits to the swimming pool and has air conditioning and a separate shower room. Upstairs, you will find a further beautiful room with one French bed, air-conditioning and a large shower room which has access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one last room which has a French bed, including a stunning shower room, air conditioning and exit to the beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views.

Villa Darinca is a private property with a large garden, a lawn, a wildlife garden, a beautiful terrace, an outdoor shower, a whirlpool, beach volleyball, a play area, a barbeque and a swimming pool allowing you to relax in the water or around the terrace or garden area as there are plenty of deck chairs for those guests who would like to soak up the beautiful Croatian sunshine whilst the children play in this fantastic space. This villa provides ample space outside, as well as inside, which is ideal for those groups with children as there is a lot of space for them to play.

Villa Darinca is situated in Porec, one of the most well-known and modern holiday resorts in Croatia. If the children do want to get out, then the beach is only 2km away which makes it perfect for guests with children, as they can take a short walk and have a completely different experience from what they have in the villa. This villa is situated in a resort which makes it a lot more sociable for those with children, providing ample entertainment and people around. The private and heated swimming pool is a gold-mine for this villa, and will provide hours and hours of entertainment for the children. As the terrace is easily accessed from the open plan living and dining, it is easy for the adults to keep an eye on the children if they are in the pool. Equally, there is ample room for everyone to be outside which again makes it easier for the children to enjoy the pool, whilst the adults either relax around the pool, or jump right in with the children!
