Overview
Villa Toni is the ultimate blend of traditional, characteristic Dubrovnik charm along with a modern, refurbished interior. Located on the sublime Dalmatian coast, you can enjoy wonderful views from the villa, marvelling at Kolocep Island in the distance.
The living areas of the interior are situated over a couple of floors and also with an annex apartment built above. The traditional looking section commands the first two floors of the property, with the newer apartment section on the upper level. Both sections of the villa are superbly comfortable, ensuring you have an enjoyable stay no matter which section of the house you sleep in. The newer area can be accessed via an external staircase.
The wonderful outside areas consist of a stunning swimming pool and terraces that are adorned with highly comfortable rattan furniture, both of which provide unobstructed views across the coast. Why not take advantage of the portable barbecue to dine al fresco, any time of day, whilst admiring the spectacular views.
The villa is conveniently located, with the beach only a couple of kilometres away and a local shop a short walk away too. Dubrovnik and all of it's charm is a fifteen minute drive away, and here you will discover the wonderful Croatian culture aplenty.

About the surrounding area of Villa ToniLocated in the Dubrovnik region of Croatia, which is often referred to as “The Pearl of the Adriatic” there is plenty of culture and sights to be explored in this area.
The walled old city of Dubrovnik has more than enough to keep your party entertained, regardless of age. There are a multitude of shops, restaurants and as well as the various historic sights, there’s the picturesque Marina and Port, and Banje Pebble Beach too.
Villa Toni is also within a short distance of the village of Trsteno where you will be able to spend time at the famous Arboretum, the perfect place to take a relaxing walk, whilst admiring the varying array of natural wildlife, plants and flowers.
