Villa Stasa is a three-bedroom, air-conditioned property boasting stunning views over the Adriatic Sea. Perfect for a family or two couples sharing as it sleeps up to six guests. This air-conditioned modern villa is in a quiet, elevated position just 7 kilometres from Trogir and less than two kilometres from the popular town and beaches of Okrug Gornji has a heated swimming pool, breathtaking views and is a short walk from the beach and a short drive from shops and restaurants.
The wooden decked pool terrace with sun loungers overlooking the sea is on the ground floor. An outdoor shower, barbecue and dining area offer everything you could possibly want for a relaxing holiday.
Inside is a large, light, bright open-plan living area. Furnished in a modern and contemporary style is a wide flat-screen television and two large comfortable sofas overlooking the magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea. Besides a well-equipped and sleek kitchenette is a dining area that seats six people.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor and three bedrooms. Bedroom one is the master, it’s very spacious with a double bed, double aspect windows looking out to the sea, a separate WC and a fantastic corner bathtub. Bedroom two is also a double room with views of the countryside, and Bedroom three has a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The sleek family bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and basin. A separate WC also houses a washing machine.
What you should know…
- Sleeping up to six guests, this property is perfect for a family or couples sharing.
- It should be noted, however, that only one bedroom is en-suite, and bedroom three is a twin room.
- Although the beautiful beaches of Okrug Gornji are less than 2 kilometres away, for further sightseeing, a car may be recommended.

About the surrounding area of Villa StasaThe resort of Okrug Gornji can only be described as a holiday paradise! Situated on the famous Ciovo Island, which connects to the UNESCO city of Trogir via a bridge, it is a visitor magnet thanks to its incredible beaches. Okrug Gornji Beach, also known as Copacabana Beach, is a popular meeting place for locals and tourists. There is always something going on with plenty of restaurants and beach bars directly on the beach. If busy promenades are not your thing, plenty of quieter idyllic bays offer a more relaxed day out, enjoying the beautiful turquoise clear waters and lush Mediterranean vegetation. One such beach is Labadusa Beach. Snorkelling here is particularly fantastic thanks to the natural environment and the top sea quality.
Accessible via the bridge or by water taxi is the medieval town of Trogir. Located in the centre of Dalmatia on the Adriatic Coast, Trogir was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. You will be won over with its beautiful architecture, rich history and many places to visit.
The historic city is at the top of the list of places to visit not only in Dalmatia but throughout Croatia! The Trogir archipelago, dotted with islands, islets and tranquil bays, has attracted numerous conquerors, seafarers, and traders since ancient times. Kamerlengo Fortress is located on the southwestern tip of the island, and you will see it looming large over the town. It is possible to climb up to the height of the walls for incredible views over the Riva, the Old Town and out to sea. Parts of the city walls built in the 13th and 14th centuries are still visible today on the city’s southern side. You will still find the city gate built in 1593 in the middle of the city. One of its best sites is the 12th century built Cathedral of St. Lawrence. The bell tower was added two hundred years after the cathedral was constructed. It can be climbed to experience fantastic views from the top. Another must-see is the Chapel of St. John, considered the best Renaissance sight in Dalmatia.
For those of you who like to explore, the city of Split is just 25 kilometres away. Here you will find so much to see and do. The Old Town of Split is a maze of cobblestone streets and lanes surrounding the Diocletian Palace. Built in 305 AD, the Palace is one of Split’s must-see attractions. In the heart of the Old Town, you will find the People’s Square, full of cafes and restaurants, a perfect place to escape the midday sun. For those of you who like to walk, Marjan Hill to the west of the Old Town is full of trails crisscrossing its way over the peninsula. Stroll up to the top of the Hill to enjoy spectacular views.
Just outside the city, you will find the Putlj Winery offering tours and tastings. If a trip to the winery is not your thing, we recommend visiting the Zinfandel Wine Bar in the Old Town of Split to enjoy fantastic food, great wine and atmosphere.
Most of Trogir’s beaches are located along the Trogir Riviera, and you can rest assured you will not have to travel far for a quality beach experience. Gradska Plaza is 1 kilometre from the centre of Trogir with a beautiful blue sea, gentle pebble beach and a bustling promenade lined with restaurants and cafes.
A 15-minute stroll from the centre of Trogir is Saldun Beach. Popular with the locals, this beach has a quieter and more relaxed feel. A few short steps from the shoreline will find you greeted by sparkling blue crystal clear water, shady pine trees and natural rocky terrain. Possibly not the best place to sunbathe, but perfect for those who love to swim, jump and dive!
Sightly further away, you will find Marinova Draga Beach. Be warned, this is a busy beach for families with lots going on! Here you will find a safe beach with lots of amenities, sunbeds, parasols and deckchairs to rent and plenty of natural shade from the trees.
Why not join everyone else on summer nights and gravitate to the wide seaside promenade lined with bars, cafes and yachts? What better way to relax after a day of sunbathing and sightseeing than to sit and drink a local beer or wine at one of the numerous bars or cafes’ watching people and the world go by?

Best Suited For: All AgesWith its own pool and the beach under 300 metres away, Villa Niksi is the perfect place for children to enjoy splash-filled fun every day.
Marjan Park is not far away in Trogir, a fantastic place to visit with pathways and a botanical garden.
Hidden away from the hustle and bustle, kids will be able to run wild here and make the most of their time away.
There is little time for children to get bored, with activities such as playgrounds, sailing, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, and so much more. Plenty of companies offer boat trips suitable for families and young children with excursions to different bays along the coastline.
Activities in the historic town of Trogir could include the Kamerlango castle, visiting the Cathedral and climbing the historic bell tower.
Another unmissable excursion would be to The Blue Cave. This spectacular cave is described as one of the most beautiful locations on the Adriatic. At certain times of the day, when the sun's rays enter the sea and reflect from the limestone cliffs at the bottom, its startling blue light and luminescent waters create the most beautiful scene.

Fantastic week
We were able to spend a wonderful week in Croatia. The house is top and well / generously furnished. Beautiful large rooms with bathroom. Pool is heated but still gives a pleasant cooling.
