Villa Elleny is a five-bedroom, family-friendly retreat for twelve guests located in the idyllic gem of Imotski. Nature lovers can indulge in various outdoor activities like hiking, fishing and kayaking. Inside, this holiday home promises airy spaces and flawless quality accommodation.
An open deck greets you with a private pool and an exclusive jacuzzi. You can laze on comfy lounger chairs or spark up the barbecue. Well-manicured gardens make for the perfect spot for kids to run around and bask in the tropical sun. Colourful swings, slides, and vibrant pool toys are sure to keep them hooked for hours.
Dig into al-fresco meals or work up a sweat in the villa’s modern, well-stocked gym — there’s something for everyone. If that’s not enough, it also features a charming football ground for little ones. A separate pool house with dining and cooking facilities adds to the charm. The living room welcomes you with a spacious seating area and satellite TV, perfect for stretching your legs and unwinding. A double sofa bed is also provided.
Impress with your culinary skills in the roomy, well-equipped kitchen. It is furnished with sleek countertops and cabinetry and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and electric coffee machine. The adjoining indoor dining table is ideal for hearty meals. Indoor games, darts and PlayStation are provided for an afternoon of leisurely fun. All five bedrooms are comfortable and home-like. Each sleeps two guests and offers clean, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and double beds. Baby cots are also available.
The villa’s location is ideal. Go on leisurely walks, check out a range of eateries and experience Croatia’s natural wonders.

Villa Elleny is located within the rugged Dalmatian hinterland, Imotski, which is steeped in history and culture. Ancient churches and monuments bear witness to centuries of tradition and heritage. Hike through lush mountains and spend all day fishing.
The captivating lakes of Modro Jezero (Blue Lake) and Crveno Jezero (Red Lake) are the town's biggest draws. Both are under ten kilomtres from the villa and are famous for their deep sinkholes, jagged cliffs, and swimming spots. The villa is also a short distance from many shops, restaurants and bakeries.

Best Suited For: All AgesKids are promised a marvellous time in the villa. They can splash in the baby pool and play in the sprawling outdoor deck. Enjoy local delicacies at the al-fresco dining table or turn the bedroom into a venue for a fun sleepover. Rent bicycles and make most of the delightful lanes and scenic mountain routes around.
A trip to Imotski is incomplete without visiting the grand Blue and Red Lakes. Kids will be awe-struck by the vivid colours of the lakes and the sheer size of these natural wonders. Head to the Zipline Imotski Adventure Park where older ones can zip through the air and feel the rush of adrenaline as they navigate through the obstacle course.
Makarska is a joy land for the whole family. Stroll through beautifully-coloured promenades, explore vibrant shops and indulge your sweet tooth at ice cream shops. Explore lively open-air markets and go island-hopping on cute wooden boats. Enjoy a picnic at Nugal Makarska beach with 10-metre high cascading waterfalls as your backdrop. During summers, experience traditional festivities and musical performances in the town square. Kids can dig into delicious pastas, freshly-baked pastries and ever-popular gelatos at local cafes.

Great service!
Perfectly equiped. Everything very clean. Super friendly hosts.

Very good house
The House is exactly as it's shown on the pictures. The Location is nice for biking and enjoying the area and the house, which isn't a problem for at least a week ;-). If u wanna go to the sea it's about 45 min by car, which is okay for a day trip. The hosts were very kind, we could contact them every time we need something. And don't forget the tasty bread every morning!

Worked very well.
The house is very well maintained, each room has its own bathroom. The pool house and the adjoining soccer field are particularly beautiful. The landlords are extremely helpful and friendly. Our children could let off steam, the volume didn't bother anyone.
