Nada Apartment is one of the exclusive accommodation options located on this stunning luxury holiday resort along Croatia’s famous Dalmatian Coast - the only one of its kind. Offering incredible views, access to a natural rocky beach, and private parking for those who want to hire transportation, this 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and promises a comfortable and memorable stay. 

The apartment is spacious and modern throughout, with floor to ceiling windows and doors which perfectly showcase the fabulous partial sea views and lush green Croatian landscape. The open plan living/dining area is clean and contemporary in style, with a fresh white and cream decor, accented by chrome light fixtures and dark wood. The soft cream leather sofas around the LCD TV just beg to be sunk into, and there is a dining table large enough to seat 6 adjacent to the kitchen area.

Nada Apartment is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the family during your stay, with a cooker that features a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, freezer, microwave...as well as a dishwasher for an easy clean up afterwards! Outdoor dining is going to be just as easy for you and your guests, with a separate dining area out on the terrace, ideal for watching the sunrise while sipping a morning coffee, or enjoying the sunset while sipping something a little stronger!

The rest of the apartment is as stylishly elegant as the living area, with both bedrooms featuring flatscreen LCD TVs, fresh white linens, olive and bronze soft furnishings and solid white bedroom furniture. Both the double room and twin room offer incredible partial sea views of the glittering Adriatic (what a sight to wake up to!), and there’s a contemporary style shower room as well as a separate WC.

Nada Apartment is located in the picturesque fishing town of Primosten. Once an island separate from the mainland, this quaint, stone-paved town has plenty to offer those wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday; from walks through the winding streets, marvelling at the beautiful architecture, to fine-dining and enjoying some local wine in one of its many bars and restaurants. This location has long-since been considered a perfect ‘base’ for your holiday to the region, being just a short trip away from the more bustling ‘touristy’ areas. Sibenik, known as the ‘gateway to the Kornati Islands’ - is one such place not to overlook while you are in this part of the world. The city is almost completely constructed from the rocks, and consists of stone buildings and stairways, cobbled streets and arches. The city is simply bursting with breathtaking architecture, and It’s here you’ll find the famous Cathedral of St James, as well as the city museum, the impressive Franciscan Church and Monastery, and St Michael’s Castle - all stunning historical sites that are well-worth visiting.

If food and drink are your passions, you couldn’t be in a better place. Adriatic lobster, sea bass, squid and langoustines are all plentiful here in one of the many seafood restaurants that can be found hidden among the winding streets, and there are many local restaurants serving up authentic Croatian cuisine. Once you’ve worked up a thirst from all the local fare, be sure to make your way to the Winery Rak, a family run operation in the area since 1960, and which uses local Babic and Marastine grapes to produce its white, red and rose wines. Here you’ll be able sample the wines in their private tasting room, before deciding on your favourites and purchasing a few bottles to take home!

Not actually located within Sibenik, but certainly close enough to be considered a local highlight, Krka National Park can be found about 15 minutes from the city centre. The park is famous for the sheer number of cascades and waterfalls, and visitors flock here to swim in the natural pond underneath the park’s main attraction, the spectacular Skradinski Buk waterfall. There are activities within the park all year round, ranging from educational talks and trails and recreational and cultural events.

Perched on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, Primošten is a stunning seaside town that beckons visitors with its warm Mediterranean charm. This enchanting destination is more than just a picturesque coastal enclave; it's a place where the past gracefully meets the present, and where breathtaking landscapes paint the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation.

Primošten features pretty, stone streets that wind their way through the town. You'll feel as though you've stepped back in time as you explore the ancient architecture and discover the many quaint shops and restaurants.

The white stone Church of St. George, perched on a hill at the heart of the town, is a must-visit attraction. Its bell tower offers an excellent vantage point to take in panoramic views of the town and the sea. As you stroll through the old town, you'll also come across the famous Bucavac, a circular stone tower that was once a key part of the town's defence system. It now serves as a cultural venue and a reminder of the town's fortified past.

The area’s coastline is dotted with picturesque coves and pebble beaches, making it a haven for beach lovers. The crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic are perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and paddle-boarding and kayaking are a popular way of exploring the coast. The most famous beach in Primosten is Mall Raduca, a Blue Flag beach known for its clean, safe waters and pristine surroundings.

A delightful way to immerse yourself in the peninsula’s natural beauty is by taking a walk through the Primošten Vineyards. These remarkable stone-walled vineyards date back to the 16th century and are now a UNESCO World Heritage site. The breathtaking vistas of the Adriatic Sea and the charming town below will take your breath away.

You can sample the local wines produced from these vineyards in the traditional restaurants along Primosten’s waterfront, which also serve up a variety of freshly caught fish and shellfish. A must-try dish is the Dalmatian classic, "Peka," a hearty dish made from meat or seafood slow-cooked with potatoes and vegetables under a bell-shaped lid. For those with a sweet tooth, don't forget to finish with "Rozata," a traditional Croatian custard dessert with a caramelised sugar glaze - a taste of heaven on a plate!

Primošten's proximity to the Dalmatian islands adds another layer of allure to this peninsula. Take a day trip to the nearby Kornati Islands, a national park consisting of 89 stunning islands and islets. The Kornati archipelago is a sailor's paradise, with its crystalline waters and numerous coves. If you're not an experienced sailor, guided boat tours are readily available.

Another wonderful day trip is to the idyllic island of Zlarin, known as the "Golden Island" due to its golden, sandy beaches. Zlarin is famous for its history of coral harvesting, and today this can still be seen in their jewellery-making tradition.

Whether you're wandering through the charming old town, basking on the pristine beaches, or exploring the nearby islands, Primošten offers an abundance of enticing experiences. This coastal gem is more than just a tourist destination; it's an authentic slice of Croatian life.

From family walks through the picturesque town and watching the boats with an ice-cream in hand, to paddling in the clear, shallow waters of Primosten’s Raduca beach, there’s no end to the activities that children will enjoy during their stay along Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast. The town has plenty to offer in the way of family-friendly fare, from local cafes and bistros to seafood restaurants and pizza places, so you’ll have no problem finding something to tempt even the fussiest of little eaters! 

If you want to venture further afield for the day - a task made easy thanks to the excellent transport links from Primosten - visiting the city of Sibenik is a must if you’re holidaying with the kids. Here you’ll find waterparks, theme parks and playgrounds aplenty, as well as national parks and interesting historical sites. Sibenik’s falconry centre is always popular for a family picnic and only charges a small entry fee. There are guides to explain the history of falconry, displays to enjoy, and the opportunity to take photos with the falcons, owls and eagles to impress your friends back home!

Aquarium-Terrarium; a small zoo and aquarium located down a narrow street in the old town area of Sibenik, is another destination well-worth visiting with children who love all things that swim, creep and crawl! Here you’ll find fish, turtles, crocodiles, snakes and reptiles, which is sure to delight the younger ones (it’s not huge, so older children or teenagers might be less than impressed!), but it’s not costly, only takes about 30 minutes to get round, and can be a welcome escape from the summer heat.

If you’re planning on visiting one of the fortresses in the city while you’re here, we recommend heading to Barone Fortress, as it’s decidedly more child-friendly. There’s a ship-like playground and augmented reality spots for them to enjoy, as well as loads of space to safely run around and explore. The on-site cafe bar has plenty of refreshments on offer, so you’ll really be able to make a day of it, enjoying a cold beverage or ice-cream while taking in the stunning views. No trip is complete without a visit to a gift shop, and at Barone Fortress you’ll find plenty of souvenirs the little ones can enjoy, including themed colouring books, and wooden shields and swords.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.

Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €30 per pet per day will apply (paid locally).

Tax Tourist tax (approx. 1.55€ per day/per person – adults & children 12 – 18 years old pay 50%) is not included in the rental price and will charged in cash on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
