Escape to Waterside Townhouse, a beautiful three-bedroom townhouse located in the much-sought-after heart of Rodney Bay. As part of a popular harbourside complex, Waterside Townhouse combines the privacy and space of a villa with the feel of a friendly residential community. This elegant eye-catching townhouse offers some of the best views in the area. From your patio, you’ll find you overlook the famed Rodney Bay Marina and the Caribbean Sea.

First and foremost, you’re sure to be wowed by Waterside Townhouse’s location when you arrive as it’s right in the heart of Rodney Bay - just a short walk away from bars, beaches, shops, restaurants and anything else your heart desires. Though you won’t need a car to get around the Rodney Bay area, there’s guest parking at the property if you’re planning to rent a vehicle and get out and about around St. Lucia during your stay.

Spread across three floors, the ground floor features a bright and modern open-plan kitchen and dining room that lead into a spacious living room with French doors opening onto a waterfront patio, offering beautiful views of Rodney Bay Marina and its many visitors.

Upstairs, on the first floor, are two bedrooms that share family-style bathroom facilities to choose from. Both rooms are brightly decorated and offer wonderful views of the area. One bedroom features a king-size bed whereas the second features two twins that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed if you desire.

On the upper floor, a spacious master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom awaits. From its lofty position, the master bedroom offers the best views in the house - perfect for laid-back moments on the terrace.

Outside, Waterside Townhouse shares the use of a communal swimming pool set amongst lush tropical foliage with its neighbours.

Despite being a private home-away-from-home in the sun, Waterside Townhouse still takes care of all of those little tasks so you don’t have to. Your home will be serviced daily on weekdays by a trained housekeeper and the concierge service is on hand to help make your stay that little bit easier.

What you should know…

  • Waterside Townhouse is located on the waterfront in the heart of Rodney Bay, so you’ll likely get some ambient noise from ships arriving at the Marina as well as other residents.
  • Although Waterside Townhouse has a communal pool there are no lifeguards so you’ll need to keep an eye on your children at all times when using the pool.
  • There are no elevators at Waterside Townhouse and all bedrooms are located on the property’s upper levels which may not be suitable for visitors with mobility issues.
  • Please note that you will need to select 6 guests should you wish to have access to all 3 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.

When it comes to a fun-filled holiday beneath the St. Lucian sun, Waterside Townhouse simply can’t be beaten for its location. Set right in the heart of Rodney Bay with views over the marina and just footsteps away from the lively happenings of one of the island’s top seaside towns.

Waterside Townhouse is super easy to get to no matter how you choose to arrive in St. Lucia. If you’re flying directly to St. Lucia from the UK then you’ll likely arrive at Hewanorra Airport which is around a 90-minute drive away from Waterside Townhouse. Don’t let that put you off though, as the route is beautifully scenic, winding its way through the St. Lucian forests and mountainscapes.

If you’re flying into St. Lucia from a sister island in the Caribbean then you may land at George F. L. Charles Airport which is only a 15-minute drive away. Or, if you’re planning to spend a few days in St. Lucia following a cruise, simply disembark at Castries and make your way 20 minutes to the north.

Once settled, you’ll find everything you can need to enjoy a break in the sun right on your doorstep in Rodney Bay. From shopping malls and world-class restaurants to lively bars and picture-perfect stretches of beach, you’ll never be far from some fun. Reduit Beach, a gorgeous strip of white sand is just a five-minute walk away from Waterside Townhouse.

If you do fancy getting out and about, you’re free to rent a car during your stay though you won’t need one unless you’re planning to explore across the island. One such place to visit is Castries, St. Lucia’s capital city, which is located just 20 minutes to the south of Waterside Townhouse.

About the Island & Getting There

About St Lucia

The Land, The People, The Light – St Lucia’s motto couldn’t be more representative of this captivating sovereign island nation. Witness dazzling scenery, be spellbound by the fascinating locals and allow for St Lucia to brighten your day and show you a new way to life.

St Lucia gained its independence from the British Commonwealth in 1979 and after centuries of a French presence, which is most visible today in the original Capital of Soufrière, St Lucia is famous for its Pitons & landscapes and vivacious community.

St Lucia really is a hiker’s Nirvana! Where to start? That’s a tough question. However, with the likes of - The Diamond Botanical Gardens, Enbas Saut Waterfall Trail, Pigeon Island National Park, Sulphur Springs Park Scenic Drive and Tet Paul Nature Trail – it doesn’t matter! These UNESCO listed sites are a sight to behold. If you're likely to take to the water, you'll be able to admire the rich marine biodiversity just off the shore of St Lucia. Over 60% of the marine area is made up of coral reefs and these are very poular with snorkelers and scuba divers. Just make sure you put time aside to relish these privileged land & seascapes.

Start your cultural trip downtown in Castries. Here you will be provided with more than enough entertainment for an afternoon and evening. The local Market runs throughout the week and is certainly the right place to come for exotic fruits and tantalising Street Food - the Green Fig & Salt Fish is local delicacy and it's not scarce, so perhaps try a few variants on this regional intricacy and let us know which is your favourite! The vendors are incredibly animated, so expect a show to be put on if you choose to explore this part of the island and brush up on those haggling skills. La Place Carenage and Point Seraphine are very popular Malls and if you bear in mind the added incentive of these complexes being Duty-Free, you and your guests will certainly get some good deals (A taxi back to your villa after such an excursion is suggested!).

Many holiday makers are surprised to learn of St Lucia’s rich cocoa legacy. Ever since the 1700’s this island has been producing cocoa related products, that are incredibly sought after all across the world. Morne Coubaril Estate and La Dauphine Estate specialise in showcasing how plantations use to gather & manufacture the Cocoa Bean fruit and organise educational tours. After learning all about St Lucia’s former booming cocoa industry, you will probably need some therapy…how about chocolate therapy like you’ve never encountered before? Enquire at some of the islands more renowned Spas and you’ll be able to experience the benefits of a chocolate facial and massage. Remember - Chocolate isn’t a food, it’s a medicine!

We have selected some of the most exciting villas on the island, so browse through these dreamy holiday homes and have a look at our cheeky little guide to St Lucia!

Prior to Booking

Please be aware that St Lucia is an island nation that experiences weather patterns dictated by the Atlantic Ocean to the north of the island and the Caribbean Sea to the south of the island.
