Tregaron Manor is nestled within thick and varied woodland, offering an oasis of luxury holiday accommodation amidst swathes of natural beauty, complete with 40 foot heated swimming pool and 4.5 acres of private grounds.
Thanks to a recent renovation the interior of the house is finished to a pristine standard, and combines with the traditional British styling to create an atmosphere of romance and grandeur. The communal spaces are perfect for entertaining and the large upstairs drawing room boasts breath-taking views towards the Cambrian Mountains.
In the summer the incredibly well equipped outdoor areas are an amazing asset to this property, including the swimming pool with changing rooms and adjacent EC, and an elegant patio dining area with BBQ, perfect for al-fresco dining on a warm evening.

What you should know…
- Guests will need to have access to a car for exploring all the quaint villages and rousing landscapes of the surrounding countryside.
- Not much nightlife out in the countryside which won't be to everyone's liking.
Property Features
In recent years Tregaron Manor has been fully renovated and offers spacious, comfortable, and well equipped accommodation.
There are two downstairs Sitting Rooms, and a large upstairs Drawing Room with views towards the Cambrian Mountains. One of the sitting rooms has a large TV. There is a Dining Room with a small Kitchen adjacent which is used as a Servery, a family Kitchen with Rayburn, double electric cooker and separate hob.
There are eight bedrooms in total, 7 doubles and 1 twin, each with their own bathroom or shower room, as well as a separate house bathroom. (although there are 8 bedrooms, the maximum occupancy of the house is restricted to 14)
The grounds cover about 4.5 acres, and are a haven for bird life. There is an open fronted Garden Room for alfresco meals, a 40ft swimming pool which is heated from June - September with an adjacent WC, two changing rooms and a patio area which is ideal for B.B.Q's or chilling with friends over a glass of wine in the warm summer evenings.
Location
About the surrounding area of Tregaron ManorTregaron Manor is situated in a quiet location two miles from Llangeitho, a quiet village, with a shop/cafe and public house which serves very good 'pub grub'. There is also another pub about two miles in the opposite direction, and this also serves food.
Tregaron is a small market town with an excellent hotel 'The Talbot', which has a couple of cosy bars with beams, and a fantastic open fire. The house is approximately 11 miles from the coastal town of Aberaeron and approximately 18 miles from Aberystwyth.
There are several small places to visit which have wonderful beaches and coves and ideal for picnics. Cardigan Bay is an outstanding and internationally important area for marine wildlife and is the home of over 100 bottlenose dolphins as well as porpoises and grey seals. Boat rides are offered from various locations, and dolphins can be spotted from the harbour at New Quay. There is a golf course nearby. All in all the scenery around this area is spectacular.
