Laguna Mansion is a hidden gem nestled behind high walls close to the heart of Torquay. This Victorian Mansion, surrounded by more than three acres of meticulously maintained gardens, is a true testament to timeless elegance and modern luxury. As the electric gates swing open, revealing the grand porticoed entrance, you'll find yourself transported into a world reminiscent of the Downton Abbey dream.

Laguna Mansion boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to ten people—making it the perfect retreat for family get-togethers and seaside breaks. This discreet lady exudes sophistication and charm, offering an escape from the outside world behind its high walls and electric gate.

Step into the hallway, and you will be enveloped in a sense of calmness and tranquillity, a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle beyond the walls. The two main reception rooms, overlooking the gardens, provide a smart gathering space. The drawing room exudes elegance, while the smaller room offers a pool table for those with a competitive streak.

Turn right from the hallway to discover the expansive kitchen—a true culinary haven. With bespoke hand-painted units, top-of-the-line appliances, and a spacious dining table, it's a place where guests can come together to enjoy meals. The property even features a second kitchen, the Butler's Kitchen, equipped with additional amenities and surprises waiting to be discovered.

For those seeking relaxation, there is a TV room with plush chairs and sofas, and a gym to stay active during your stay.

Security deposit £950 paid to the owner via BACS two weeks prior to arrival. This will be fully refunded after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.

Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Tax Tourist tax is included in the rental price.

Pets welcome? Yes, on request only. Please enquire at time of booking. Any pet staying can not be left unatended at the property.
