Tucked behind this gorgeous space is a utility room with an American style fridge freezer with an ice machine and laundry utilities. The boot room offers wellies in all shapes and sizes. Woodcock House enjoys a further luxurious living room, a Netflix cinema room with a huge screen and squishy, contemporary sofas.
