6. Chateau De L’Empereur

No more than half an hour from historical Bayeux lies the 125 of parkland that surrounds Chateau De l’Empereur. This one-of-a-kind chateau gets its name from Emperor Joseph II, brother of Marie-Antoinette, who stayed here in the late 18th century.
