This exquisite oceanfront property is spectacularly situated high on a headland overlooking the Andaman Sea on the picturesque Cape Amarin between Kamala and Patong on Phuket's scenic west coast. This superb nine-bedroom luxury villa was designed by Paris-based architect Arte Charpentier, and arguably rivals some of the most lavish resorts in the world.

With living and sleeping pavilions distributed generously over four levels of beautifully designed gardens that merge into the natural landscape, interspersed with soothing water features, Baan Paa Talee Estate's accommodation and facilities provide guests with nothing but luxury throughout.

In the main villa, there are seven spacious bedrooms, most with seating areas and private balconies that overlook the stunning ocean. The bedrooms are arranged in flexible configurations to suit families, couples and independent groups. This property also boasts a self-contained two-bedroom Ocean Villa with its own open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a wide balcony perched just above the sea. In total, this property sleeps 20, and all the bedrooms have their own spacious en suite bathrooms.

Within the main villa, there is a designer guest kitchen with a large breakfast island, as well as a grand dining room that seats 20. There are also numerous indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a media room, an alfresco bar, barbecue and games area, as well as a fantastic gym and beach house with watersports equipment.

There is a brilliant Sonos sound system wired to all main living/dining areas. Guests have their own private chef on hand to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in-between. The residence’s chef is skilled in the preparation of both Thai and Western cuisines. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu).

Outside, the villa only gets more spectacular. The open-sided reception lounge allows guests to take in the stunning sea and sunset views. The 25-metre infinity-edge pool with covered jacuzzi and furnished deck overlooking the ocean is the perfect setting for guests to enjoy the hot Thai sun.

There is also a poolside barbecue dining pavilion with sunken seating, as well as ‘Tree’ and ‘Ocean’ salas for outdoor entertaining, yoga and relaxation. The villa also boasts beautifully landscaped gardens and water features throughout; with its impressive facilities, stunning views and tranquil surroundings, the Baan Paa Talee Estate has everything guests need to relax in absolute luxury.

Baan Paa Talee Estate lies just south of Kamala Beach on Phuket’s west coast and is part of the exclusive Cape Amarin private estate, set on a dramatic rocky headland with spectacular views out over the Andaman Sea. 

Luxury villa developments line this spectacular stretch of coastal road known as Millionaires’ Mile, together with some five-star resorts which are home to upmarket wining and dining establishments such as The Paresa Resort, Cape Sienna’s Vanilla Sky rooftop bar and the popular Silk Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency – all just few kilometres to the north of the villa.

Laid-back Kamala’s sandy bay is a 10-minute drive away, while Surin Beach, with a greater range of restaurants and shops, is a further 5-10 minutes to the north and Patong is 15-20 minutes to the south. Spa treatments are available on request at the villa, however, why not indulge in a relaxing spa session at the Banyan Tree or Amanpuri resort spas, or unwind on the beach with a simple Thai massage.
