Located at Lipa Noi Beach on the West coast of Koh Samui, Villa Waimarie is a stunning beachfront property that oozes luxury and tranquility. With six incredible bedrooms, this villa sleeps up to 10 adults and 4 children in total, providing the perfect retreat for a family, group of friends or multiple couples travelling together. Incorporating both traditional Thai decor and stylish contemporary living, this stunning villa has everything guests need to relax in absolute luxury.

The entire residence is filled with natural light; the walls are mostly glass, opening up to the garden and offering astonishing ocean views. The villa has six stunning ensuite bedrooms configured in three cottages, each with a connecting door. Close to the beach are the spacious lounge and dining pavilion, as well as the poolside TV and video room.

With its large rustic table for communal dining and luxurious sink-into sofas and armchairs, Villa Waimarie provides the perfect home away from home for guests. The Villa also has its own private chef who is skilled in the preparation of both Thai and Western cuisines. Daily breakfast is included, and guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu).

Outside, guests can choose to relax by the stunning infinity pool or on Lipa Noi Beach itself; the beach is just a step beyond the villa’s outdoor area, and has four sun loungers ready and waiting on the golden sand. Guests can also enjoy al fresco meals in their own private beachside Sala, which has fantastic bluetooth speakers for ambient music.

The villa also has table tennis, two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, a tennis court with a basketball hoop in corner of the court and beach volleyball equipment. Whether guests are playing beach games or sipping cocktails by the pool, Villa Waimarie is a special place to enjoy one of Asia’s most beautiful islands.

Villa Waimarie is located on Lipa Noi beach, one of Koh Samui’s loveliest yet quietest beaches. Guests can step outside and instantly be on the beautiful golden sands, listening to the turquoise water lap lazily at the shore.

This is one of Koh
Samuis finest stretches of sand; and once guests arrive at Villa Waimarie, they may not feel inclined to leave! The villa looks out west across the Gulf of Siam, with a huge ocean view dotted with islands.

It is six minutes from the nearest town, Nathon (good for easy, basic shopping) and 50 minutes from Chaweng, the hub of Koh Samui’s shopping, dining and nightlife. Lipa Noi is 50-minute drive from Koh Samui airport, while the jetty for the mainland car ferry is 13 minutes away.

A number of trendy beach clubs are springing up in the local area and the exclusive Four Seasons Resort and Spa is just minutes away at Laem Yai Bay. Guests can graze the fabulous buffets, lounge by the pool and listen to cool jazz at Nikki beach in Lipa Noi, or take a Thai Cooking Class to master the art of delicious Thai cuisine to delight friends and family back home. Guests can visit nearby Nathon Walking Street Night Market on Thursdays or the bigger Fishermans Village Night Market in Bophut on Fridays.

For older kids, the villa has a tennis court which also has a basketball hoop
, two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards and beach volleyball equipment. There is also a kite surfing school on the nearby beach of Nathon where you can rent a rig or learn how to do it yourself!

Located a few hundred meters off Samuis Ring Road, the Coco Splash Adventure & Water Park in Lamai that covers a 10,000sqm area and is filled with exciting leisure activities for children and adults alike. From the huge slides of the waterpark to the bungee trampoline to the bumper boats to the inflatable castle, and more.

There is also a fun Aquapark located on Chaweng Beach in front of Monkey Bay Bar & Restaurant. It is made of inflatable floating devices of various shapes and sizes
pyramids, bridges, trampolines, and more offering adults and children alike a fun playground on the sea. The Samui Canopy Adventure provides its guests with the chance to discover Samuis rainforest by gliding on zip-lines from tree to tree.

Koh Samui also has a number of spectacular waterfalls of which nearby Na Muang is considered the most picturesque. The name Na Muang refers to the massive purple rocks at the waterfalls. 

Rocks and tree roots form a natural staircase that leads to the base of Na Muang 1, where a large natural pool sits under the waterfall, so take your swimming stuff! Ten minutes further up the mountain is Samuis most beautiful waterfall, Na Muang 2. With a host of activities, kids are spoilt for choice at Villa Waimarie!

    Another fabulous week at Waimarie! Thank you to the entire staff for always being so helpful and kind. Particular thanks to Tong for accommodating all of our requests with a smile, whether for all the special vegetables, drunken noodles, arranging the massages, and transport... we felt so well taken care of! And of course, huge thanks to the chef for all the delicious food and "surprise" dinner—we are leaving incredibly well-fed and satisfied! Thank you again and can't wait to do it all over again next year.

We had a wonderful time this week and can't wait to make plans to go back soon.This has been one of our best and most relaxing vacations.     We had a wonderful time at Waimarie. The place is stunning, and the ultimate beachfront is amazing. However, the heart and soul of this place is Tong and his team. Tong is delivering 5 stars plus service in the private setting of your own villa. He goes above and beyond to create the perfect holidays for the entire family. This place is great with children, and the food is absolutely amazing. Thank you to the wonderful team for our amazing stay with you.

    What a wonderful meeting point for our family from Sydney and London.Grandparents, children, four grandchildren 2 years to 5 years! Tong, Na, Chef + the boys made our stay are to remember.Smiling faces, quite efficiency + out standing food was the order of the day. A 70th birthday celebrating for "Nanna" with a gorgeous seafood dinner on the beach and spectacular fire dance performance had an all enthralled. A wonderful holiday with memories + photoes to look back on for years to come. Thank you Tong + all the staff at Villa Waimarie.
