Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesCapella, Bangkok has plenty of activities for families to pick from. From Family Muay Thai and Origami Craft activities, there are things to do if exploring the local area is not your forte.
However, Bangkok itself has plenty of child-friendly activities; the many shopping malls to choose from will provide hours of entertainment, and lots of them have cinemas, ice rinks and bowling alleys. Kids will love the Khlong Lat Mayom floating market, as well as a boat trip along the Chao Phraya River. Sea Life Aquarium Bangkok is a fantastic place to take the kids for an afternoon, where they can check out the rich marine life including sharks, seahorse’s spider crabs and jellyfish.
There is also a fun glass bottom boat ride and a 4D cinema here. One of the most popular places for kids in Bangkok, Dreamworld is Thailand’s answer to Disneyland. This fun theme park has rollercoasters and rides suitable for kids of all ages. There are also shows to watch, fairy-tale characters to meet and even an indoor snow park where you can play in real snow!
Siam Park City is a good choice of what to do with kids in Bangkok on a hot day, as it has not only thrill rides for the whole family but also water slides to cool off in, including the world’s largest wave pool! There are five fun zones to explore at Thailand’s largest theme park, including X-Zone for adrenaline junkies and Small Zone for the little ones.
Another of the most popular Bangkok places to visit with family is KidZania. The place to be!
We stayed at Villa in July. From the moment we arrived up till the time of checkout, the service given was 101%. The staff were attentive, friendly, genuinely caring and they made us feel so special. This is my first experience at Capella, and it was beyond my expectations. A shoutout to Joy and her team at Phra Nakhon for her level of service in making our breakfast so memorable. I love how the menu was varied and every single dish and drink was top quality. I will definitely be back again next time.
This is the place to stay if you are not rushing to do sightseeing, but just want to enjoy the hotel facilities, environment and definitely the food. They do serve one of the best somtum here and we enjoyed the Isaan dishes at the hotel
