Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by a modern, dazzling white interior featuring a beautifully furnished living room, complete with contemporary-style taupe-coloured sofas, and a dining space with table and chairs to accommodate the whole group. Please note, this villa does not have Wi-fi, however, the bright and airy living space seamlessly flows out to the terrace, garden, and private swimming pool, emphasising outdoor living as a focal point of this residence.
Villa Ajabo also features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, plenty of food preparation space, and additional breakfast bar seating. High-end appliances include an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also has a separate WC for your convenience.
Heading to the upper floor via an open staircase, you'll find two elegantly appointed bedrooms, all decorated in light, fresh shades and featuring comfortable double beds. The upper level also features a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, a separate shower/WC, and double hand-basins.
The outdoor spaces here at Villa Ajabo are equally well-thought out and stylish, and include a terrace with comfortable furniture, balcony furniture, and four deck chairs for soaking up the sun. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, the inviting swimming pool, and the tranquil countryside.
Situated in a residential area, the villa enjoys an excellent location, offering both central convenience and peace and quiet. The sea is just 1 kilometre away, and the sandy beach of Playa las Galgas is a short 1.2-kilometer drive. The villa also provides parking for two cars.
