As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be taken aback by the sheer size of the swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. This pool is filled to the brim with crystal-clear water, making it the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a busy day in the blazing heat. This property is also home to a tremendous selection of outdoor terraces, allowing guests to bask in a plethora of panoramic views in comfort and style.
Inside, this property adheres to a very chic style, allowing guests to feel completely at home as soon as they step through the front door. The living room hosts a very spacious and plump seating area that is teeming with soft cushions. As such, guests are free to use this space to charge their batteries as they gaze out at the awe-inspiring views that sit nearby. Moving on to the dining area, this space is directly connected to the kitchen, creating an attractive sense of balance and cohesion throughout the entire property. Here, guests can enjoy a sleek marble countertop and a collection of rustic rattan chairs, offering them everything they would need to enjoy a selection of mouth-watering meals. The kitchen within this property is nothing short of pure perfection, showcasing a series of bright white cupboards and surfaces. As a result, guests are free to use this space to its fullest potential, using it to prepare and serve a collection of divine meals that the whole family is sure to love.
Casa Amarilla is also home to three considerable bedrooms, each of which follows its own simplistic style. The first and second bedrooms contain super-king beds to help guests achieve a truly restful night’s sleep throughout their stay on this property. The final bedroom includes a pair of single beds.

Casa Amarilla is a luxury, newly built 3 bed villa, completed in February 2023, with stunning views of Amarilla Golf and the Atlantic Ocean. The prime directive for the construction of this contemporary villa was to supply high quality, private luxury accommodation that is normally only afforded by 5* hotels.

Since the town centre is teeming with artisan bars and restaurants, guests will certainly not struggle to find a delicious drink that soothes their tastebuds. From fruity pina coladas and zesty margaritas, there is bound to be something for every type of guest to enjoy. Whilst you enjoy a drink in the bustling hub of this area, be sure to soak up the native atmosphere and enjoy some interesting small talk with the locals.
This region is best known for its iconic golf course, which seems to span as far as the eye can see. Monster Jet Ski is an acclaimed watersports school that can be found just over 20 minutes away from Casa Amarilla and offers an assortment of jet skiing experiences to choose from. Each session is also accompanied by a detailed safety briefing to ensure that guests feel completely calm and confident throughout the entire activity. Thus, this is an ideal experience for anyone looking to live life on the edge whilst on holiday.

THE REGION

Fabulous villa
We had a very relaxing two weeks holiday here. The villa had everything we could have needed. David was so helpful, first answering questions before we arrived and then with help and advice while we were there. Many thanks to him as this made all aspects of our holiday go smoothly. We chose not to hire a car and this was no problem. We used taxis to get to the big supermarket and to get to restaurants in other towns. There were also many small supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in walking distance from the villa. The house is well laid out so that there was plenty of room for four or six adults. The terrace was our favourite place. It was large with a variety of seating areas depending on whether you wanted sun or shade. The pool was a good size both for having a swim or just for keeping cool. The terrace is also almost completely private from the nearby golf course and from the houses nearby. A great villa for a relaxing holiday!
