Pool Villa/House Ideal for Kids Walk to Beach Walk to Village All Bedrooms En-Suite Parking Space

Located 15 minutes away from Palma, perched on a rocky cliffside just above the sparkling blue ocean, this beautiful and tranquil villa offers unparalleled views of the Balearic Sea. Guests will switch off and relax as soon as they walk through the doors and see what this incredible property has to offer. With four spacious bedrooms, this villa sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and would be the ideal choice for a family, friends or multiple couples travelling together and wanting to experience what the coastal region of Palma has to offer.

The house itself, with its traditional architecture and local sandstone used for both the façade and parts of the interior, radiates a warm, Mediterranean charm. On the ground floor is a large, elegant bedroom with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the beautiful covered terrace. The bright, spacious living room provides the perfect setting for the family to get together and spend some quality time. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, and in the adjoining dining area, guests can enjoy delicious meals together at a long dining table.

Large glass doors also lead directly from the kitchen to the chic and stylish porch. Here you will find a second dining table and a large barbecue, where guests can enjoy alfresco meals whilst drinking in the view. On the first floor, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms each with their own en suite await our vacationers. The sumptuous master bedroom has its own dressing room, as well as a private balcony, for guests to enjoy the stunning views in privacy.

Outside, the stunning infinity pool forms the central focus point. The views of the Balearic sea visible from this villa are utterly breathtaking. The hues of blue provide a serene and calming environment for guests; it is hard to see where the sea ends and the sky starts here. Grab a sun lounger and soak up the sun with a good book while the kids splash about in the pool!

Teak decks next to the pool are flanked on one side by a small volcanic stone garden, and the other is home to a cosy sitting area where you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic views in a magical setting. The alfresco dining area also provides an ambient and tranquil area for guests to prepare and enjoy delicious alfresco meals together while the sun goes down. With the incredible sea views, peaceful surroundings and convenient location, this villa is the perfect place for a memorable family holiday.

This villa enjoys a prime location in Puigderros. Here, guests have many activities at their disposal. There is a local golf course just 1.5 km away, as well as tennis, paddleboarding, diving, snorkelling or boating excursions on offer.

Just a 15 minute drive away is Palma, Mallorca’s capital. Palma encompasses the vibrant city centre of the Borne known as the ‘golden mile’ and the main shopping street of Jaime III, the historic area of Casco Antiguo or the old-town as it’s known, the popular tourist zone La Lonja, the trendy area of Santa Catalina, the seafront lively strip along Paseo Marítimo, the fisherman’s barrio of Portixol and Playa de Palma, and the exclusive hillside golf area of Son Vida.

Palma is appealing year-round with an explosion of new trendy restaurants, luxury boutique hotels, fashionable bars, people watching cafe terraces, international shopping boutiques and popular nightclubs not to mention it’s dynamic yachting industry, urban beaches, waterfront promenade, and extensive cultural scene including top-quality museums and art galleries, traditional local festivals and live music concerts.

Be sure to visit La Seu – the local name for Palma Cathedral – and the 14th-century hilltop Bellver Castle on your sightseeing ‘must-see’ list. One of Palma’s most import museums, Es Baluard Museum of Modern & Contemporary Art offers a permanent collection comprised of paintwork, sculptures, ceramics and drawings from names such as Cézanne, Gauguin, Picasso, Miró, Magritte or Giacometti. Overlooking the Paseo Maritimo and La Lonja, even the view alone is incredible.

If you enjoy shopping, then Palma boasts some top luxury brand stores and boutiques, such as Louis Vuitton on Paseo del Borne which is now known as the Golden Mile. Also on the Borne is the three-storey Hugo Boss store, Italian brand Twin-Set, vintage luxury handbags from Rouge and lots more. Steps away onto Carrer Constitució is Watches of Switzerland – one of the world’s most prestige watch and jewellery stores.

The narrow alleys around the Plaza Mayor are lined with small local boutiques and shops, while Palma’s high street Jaime III, offers the elegant labels of the fashion world. When you’ve finished browsing and buying, you’ll find a great choice of restaurants, cafés and bars – many with outside terraces for a chance to people-watch in Palma.

Kids

Best Suited For: All Ages
Ideal for Kids Ideal for Teens

Verde C is brilliantly set up for children; the twin bedroom is ideal for kids, and the large pool will provide hours of splashy fun. Puigderrós beach is just a stone’s throw away, where there is a range of restaurants and cafes, as well as various boating excursions on offer, where guests can visit the nearby coves and snorkel in the crystal clear waters.

There are three local waterparks to choose from; Western Water Park in Magaluf; Hidropark in Alcúdia and Aqualand in El Arenal. Kids will love splashing around and whizzing down slides headfirst into splash pools!

Palma aquarium is also a fantastic place for children. The family will stay occupied for hours at Mallorca’s excellent marine park, which features more than 8000 animals of 700 different species, in more than 5 million litres of saltwater. Visitors take an adventure through the Mediterranean, Indian, Atlantic and Pacific oceans, and witness the incredible marine wildlife of our oceans. Palma Aquarium is also home to The Big Blue, the deepest shark tank in Europe!

For adrenaline junkies, Karting Magaluf has mini karts for children from three years old; junior carts for teenagers and a race class for mums and dads. Speed demons can challenge their abilities on three different courses. XtremKart is an indoor electric karting track at Mallorca Fashion Outlets at which groups race against each other in high-performance go-karts, with safety a prime concern. It’s not cheap, but it is super fun.

There are also many underground cave systems only accessible via boat that children will love. Coves d’Arta is particularly fantastic. A guided tour leads through various chambers to the ‘Queen of the Pillars’. This huge stalagmite is 22 m tall and quite unique. There is a light and sound show to give an extra effect to the amazing selection of stalagmites and stalactites.

For horse-lovers, Cala Mesquida and Can Picafort are top choices for beach rides, and there are many more opportunities for getting up close and friendly with these noble animals. Ride up a mountain and take in the breathtaking views of Alcudia Bay from the top under the guidance of a Ranxo Ses Roques instructor. Trails last from one to two hours, and gallops are optional!

  • Right by the sea

    on 23/09/2019

We all felt very comfortable, the pictures didn't promise too much, everything was in fact as shown.

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful, hidden location right by the sea and the lovingly landscaped garden. We'd love to come back next time.
