Set across 15 hectares and recognised as part of the Historical Heritage of Sa Pobla, Finca Sa Pobla is a fully restored estate brimming with barley fields and leisurely paths lined with cypresses and oleander.

As you step through the entrance from the patio, guests are greeted by a foyer that leads into a warm and inviting living and dining space. Adorned with earthy tones and tastefully rustic furnishings, these areas are blessed with floods of natural light from large windows and look out over the villa’s main porch and across the marvellous Mallorcan landscape. Adjacent to the entrance foyer guests will find a small private office and the fully equipped kitchen. With its full range of modern appliances and ample counterspace, the kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts whether you’re tossing together a Mediterranean Salad or preparing a holiday feast for family and friends. The first of the villa’s six bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, it consists of a double bed, luxury amenities, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Ascending the stairs reveals the five further bedrooms, each offering a unique and cozy retreat for a blissful night's sleep. Though diverse in style, each of the bedrooms is spacious and boasts a king-sized bed, opulent amenities, TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outside, the expansive terrace unfolds along a great porch leading past the al fresco haven of a pergola, beyond the orchard, and to the shimmering pool bordered by sun-soaked loungers. Meticulously manicured gardens surround the villa, ensuring privacy and a sense of serenity. The garden itself has no shortage of aromatic plants including rosemary, lavender, mastic, teucrium, and more, not to mention its spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramontana. The northeast of the beautiful Balearic island of Mallorca is a one of the most stunning hotspots in the Mediterranean. This rich and various area offers a great blend of natural beauty, cultural richness and recreational opportunities to ensure a getaway you’ll never forget.

Situated at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, the town of Sa Pobla is a small city that packs a big punch, especially when it comes to agriculture and contemporary art. The town is renowned for its humble potatoes and its Can Planes Museum of Contemporary Art which boasts more than 100 works by artists associated with the island of Mallorca.

The long and sandy Playa Muro is a playground for friends and family alike, brimming with bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, water sport rentals and boat trips. There’s also a convenient bus line with regular stops along the beachfront making it easy to access nearby attractions and other areas of the island. For many the real fun begins with the sun sets, and Playa Muro’s vibrant nightlife is sure not to disappoint. The variety of bars and hotspots along the beachfront will have you spoiled for choice. Explore the local culinary scene one mouthful at a time at one of the tapas bars, or stroll the promenade as the evening unfolds and follow your nose to local bars, cosmopolitan restaurants and fun dance spots.

History buffs have only to take a short jaunt to the town of Alcúdia to admire the 14th century wall around its old town. The remains of a Roman town can also be found just outside the town walls, including a Roman theatre. The town is famous for its small restaurants, and depending on the time of year your visit may coincide with a festival period, such as the Festival of St. Jaume in July, the Jazz Festival in August, or even the Night of the Romans.

THE REGION

Sa Pobla is a small municipality with around 12,000 inhabitants, which is situated in the centre of Mallorca, between Inca and Alcúdia. Sa Pobla is known for its agriculture and the humble potato, in particular, gets a lot of attention here as it is exported to many countries and a festival is even held in its honour each year.

The town of Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area. The nature reserve is particularly good for bird watching as well as hikes and walks.

Finca Sa Pobla requires guests to be a minimum of 14+ years old. Given the villa’s refreshing swimming pool, and near endless grounds, kids will have no trouble keeping themselves occupied. But the fun activities really pick up a notch once you head out to the beach and nearby resort towns.

A short drive to the beach reveals clear, turquoise waters of a generally shallow depth that’s great for kids. Hire a pedalo, learn to surf or jump on a jet ski, there’s plenty of water sport options available.

What is more, Hidropark in nearby Alcúdia is a great day out for the whole family. From thrilling water slides to a lazy river and dedicated kids’ areas, this waterpark is jampacked with fun activities.

Security deposit €1500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
