The grand entrance through the gates begins the futuristic voyage and the interior furnishings certainly add to this impression. Ultra-modern, immaculate and simply stunning, the living area has a large comfortable sofa complete with countless cushions and a cosy fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and has everything required to make rustling up a Mediterranean snack or some traditional Spanish tapas an absolute joy. Making your way upstairs, notice the desk and computer available should you need it, and the direct access to the balcony from the first-floor landing. Go a little further and appreciate each stunning bedroom, all ensuite, as well as a hot tub in each of the two master bedrooms. Underfloor heating and air conditioning complete every room in this utterly luxurious property.
The master bedroom is incredibly bright and airy, with two separate French-door entrances onto the lavish terrace. From this fabulous first-floor terrace take in the views and indulge in the privacy and tranquillity, enjoy a glass of the local wine and admire the sunset from this prime location as the day's heat cools and relaxation begins.
With all this, you’d be forgiven for forgetting how stunning the garden area of this fabulous property is. But step into the garden through the sliding glass doors of the living area and appreciate first how exceptionally well equipped the space is. From exercise machines to a stunning outdoor dining and relaxing area and several great sun-loungers. The large, tree-lined pool is bright and welcomes you to take a refreshing dip before drying off in the fabulous Mallorcan sun. Above your head, the large terrace expands around the property.
To top all of this off, the property is just a 1km amble to the Port of Pollensa, a hive of activity with a stunning bay of blue waters and beautiful coastal walks. The incredible location is the only thing rivalling the impressive beauty of the villa itself!
What you should know…
- While there are loads of amenities (including the beach!) very nearby, car access is always useful for your stay on the island of Mallorca with limited other transport options available
- Don’t forget the sacred Spanish siesta – be sure to plan around it and don’t get caught out!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa LuloPollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.
Just 1km away, the Port de Pollensa itself has a fabulous Pine Walk providing fabulous views of the bay, as well as large pedestrianised sections around the area, and there’s a huge water sports industry springing up in the shallow waters here – from paddle-boarding to kite-surfing, there’s something new to try for everyone!
Top tip: the viewpoint from the Calvario is an absolute must, if you can manage the climb!

Perfect for us!
The Villa was perfect for our group of 6, 4 individuals and a couple. Each of the bedrooms is a nice size and has its own full en suite bathroom. The main floor has a large common space. The pool is nice and there is plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing poolside. There are a few restaurants within 10 minute walk and many more if you are willing to walk a little further. Everything was very clean and the cleaners came 3 times during our 1 week stay to refresh linens and tidy up. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Mallorca.

Very spacious and well laid out, modern character. Very friendly service and house was very clean and thoughtfully appointed with children's toys.

Outstanding!
We spent a family week at Villa Lulo and were absolutely thrilled with the villa. It is excellent accommodation - beautiful luxury but comfortable and with everything you could possible need. The villa is even bigger and better than the pictures suggest. Great location too - an easy walk to the beach and town but quiet and peaceful.
