The Mallorca coast is like no other, with towering hill-tops bursting with vibrant life all the way to its dramatic cliffs as the land meets the Balearic Sea! And on one of the many hill-sides, you’ll find this historical beauty. With innumerable lounges, indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas and a vast kitchen for all your self-catering needs, this home has all the space a large group could wish for – not to mention the nine enormous bedrooms!
Natural life weaves its way around the charming architecture and its traditional charm emanates from every inch: classic beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, antique furnishings, vintage paintings and tableware each reminds you of its nearly 400-year history. Yet this home is as contemporary as any – equipped with a TV, PlayStation, sound system and Wi-Fi, a baby grand piano and a pool table, and much, much more.
For those that enjoy keeping up their healthy habits, you’ll find your very own fitness area on site, so you can train just as hard and maintain your excellent figure even while holidaying! You’ll love the games room, equipped with a pool table it is the perfect hub for a little healthy competition, and will keep energy levels high as you prepare for an evening in the town, or head out for a delicious dinner at any of the nearby restaurants! In this main building, you will find the first eight sublime and spacious bedrooms, while the ninth is located in a one bedroom apartment just adjacent to the main house. There is an extra cost for the ninth bedroom as it is located in a separate one bedroom apartment including 1 x double bed, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. Seven of the rooms are accompanied by luxurious ensuite facilities, while there are four additional family bathrooms, all incredibly elegant and modern.
And finally, venture out into your simply spectacular garden and arrive at your glistening 16 by the 6.5-meter private swimming salt-water pool. Whether you fancy a morning work-out, an afternoon soak or indeed maybe even a midnight dip, the refreshing depths of your private pool await you! Lined with loungers and parasols, this is the perfect spot for a little sun-bathing, snoozing and socialising.

Finca Saldana is ideal for a getaway to the tranquil countryside with a large group of family or friends, with amazing cycling, kayaking, hiking, and many more activities on offer on the doorstep!
You’re ideally located less than a ten-minute drive from the beautiful town of Sóller to the south, brimming with majestic old buildings among the charming cobbled streets and complete with a vintage wooden train which runs to Palma, and Port de Sóller to the north with a stunning harbour.
The atmosphere, as in so many of Mallorca’s towns, is utterly laid-back, with a slow pace of life and endless romantic spots to while away a couple of hours over a coffee as you watch the world go by. A family friendly area, there is something for everyone here – from a variety of water sports on offer along the beaches and a golf course nearby, to boat trips to the many incredible hidden gems along the coastline.
Nestled among the rolling hills of the interior of the island, you’re spoilt for choice in active pursuits on land. While the nearest beach, just west of Port de Sóller, is less than ten minutes away, putting a day of sun, sand and sea right at your fingertips! Of course, no Spanish island would be complete without a fine array of wine and seafood on offer, and Mallorca is absolutely no different, with a thriving culinary scene.

The remote Port de Sóller in northwest Mallorca is a picturesque, small coastal village which has become well known and popular, particularly due to its historic tram, large bay with a protected harbour and scenic surroundings.
Port de Sóller’s setting alone is a sight in itself: surrounded by the imposing peaks of the Tramuntana mountain range, the huge protected bay with its anchored boats rocking gently to and fro, the vast expanse of the sea in front and sprawling orange groves in the distance.
Finca Saldana is the perfect home for families, with a vast array of indoor and outdoor social spaces for all to find their perfect spot, as well as a pool table, table tennis, tennis courts and of course a huge private pool on site.
For a relaxing afternoon, retire to the wonderful palm-tree-lined pool where the kids can enjoy some harmless fun and you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of a sun lounger.
There are of course tons of activities to enjoy in the local towns and the vibrant and unspoilt natural environment of Mallorca. In the surrounding landscape you will find endless opportunities for an active day out with all the family: cycle through an array of postcard-picture villages and along the rugged coast – there’s plenty of rental services so you should have no problems finding bikes!
Alternatively, enjoy a range of water-sports along the sublime coastline or even experience the fantastic scenery on a hike – be sure to take a picnic, there are endless perfect spots to sit, relax, and take in the breath-taking views across the Balearic sea!

There is something very special to waking up and having breakfast prepared for you and your entire family on your special day, knowing you are exactly where you need to be for your afternoon and evening celebrations.
The select weddings that have taken place at Finca Son Salas have been intimate and usually small, with a maximum of 50-60 guests. We have had exceptions, with larger weddings located in the olive groves etc, however keep in mind that these tend to require additional infrastructure and are therefore more costly to organise.
Our usual minimum stay is one week, however we are ﬂexible if you plan to have your wedding off season.
