  • A car is required to fully enjoy the property and the area
  • This is a traditional property, and as with many in Mallorca, the drain and electric systems are less advanced than the UK or US, for example. If you overload the system, the electrics will cut out, affecting the water pumped from a well (please contact the property manager for assistance)
  • The pool is not fenced, so children should be supervised at all times

Security deposit €500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €250, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday. Other days on request.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to the owner.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
