- A car is required to fully enjoy the property and the area
- This is a traditional property, and as with many in Mallorca, the drain and electric systems are less advanced than the UK or US, for example. If you overload the system, the electrics will cut out, affecting the water pumped from a well (please contact the property manager for assistance)
- The pool is not fenced, so children should be supervised at all times
