What you should know
The property is within walking distance to Pollença; however, this is a rural lane, and so a torch is required outside of daylight hours as there is no street lighting. Not all the lane is paved, and it is quite bumpy in some areas, particularly on approach to the property
There is an orchard at the property which guests can access. This is a naturally kept area of land and is not manicured.
A car is required to enjoy the property and the area fully
There are two small fridges at the property that have very small freezer drawers
