Villa Palma Swallows is for those of you that want everything from your Mallorca villa, close to the beach, sea views, near the action and yet still private and tranquil. This can be hard to find, especially for a large group with discerning tastes. This 1930’s city mansion is elegant and sophisticated within walking distance of the beach and tucked away in the prestige residential area of Cala Mayor. This villa doesn’t need mountains and countryside for tranquillity, and we are sure it will satisfy your demand for an ideal location and meets the highest of standards. Style, art and comfort blend perfectly in its spacious interiors and grounds.

Clean lines, indirect lighting and subtle colours create an interior just as relaxing as the terraces, garden and private pool outside. A poolside terrace and lawn promise lazy days synchronising with the agreeable slow pace of local life but at the same time being on the doorstep of the popular city of Palma de Mallorca.

Firmly placing emphasis on easy living, the interior décor is a seamless union of vaulted ceilings, white beams and wall of exposed stone set off by soft, soothing colours and floors of cooling local ceramic. Three sets of French doors from the open plan lounge and dining area, on the ground floor, open enticingly onto the terrace enticing a gentle Mediterranean breeze to enter. The fully equipped kitchen is modern, with a Turkish twist of style, and offers breakfast corner.

An open staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find 4 x bedrooms with double beds and 3 x bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and sea view. There is also a second lounge/TV room on the upper floor which just adds to the comfort of this property. 2 x further bedrooms are located at the rear of the property and have access out to the garden area.

All bedrooms are well-appointed have air conditioning, wardrobe space and are bright and airy. The bedrooms have sleek light furnishings with a mellow colour scheme of creams and neutral shades, creating a fresh and calm space for relaxing.

Enjoy plenty of outdoor space. The 25m2 pool house has an extra double bedroom with double bed, dressing area, bathroom, and an additional bed can be requested. The private swimming pool is surrounded by lush gardens, terracotta tiles and sun loungers. You’ll also find a stylish courtyard, comfortable seating, outdoor dining table, barbecue and a 3.5m pergola which is perfect for meditation and yoga.

Marvel at the immensity of the Big Blue, the deepest shark tank in Europe. This is a perfect place to visit for all the family.

Palma to Soller wooden train ( Plaza De Espana 7.9 km away – Soller 29 km away ) - Perfect for all the family, the Sóller railway also stands out for the special, attractive route it runs along, overcoming the natural barrier of the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range which is 2.8 km wide and 496 metres high. This should definitely be on your list of favourite things to do in Mallorca. The Palma to Soller wooden train has got to be one of the prettiest and most memorable small train trips you can take, and children absolutely love it.

Jungle Parc (16 km away) in Santa Ponca - Situated in a forest of 9 hectares in Santa Ponsa, come and enjoy different circuits with a total of 100 platforms. You will be required to move from tree to tree, at varying heights from the ground, using bridges, ropes, vines and lots of zip wires! Our PIRATES circuit is for children of 4 years and above. And there are two circuits for adults, EXPLORER and EXTREME. The EXTREME circuit is recommended for the more experienced or adventurous!
