An expansive and remarkable villa located in Mallorca, Can Concos places guests in a delightful holiday home that also acts as an island getaway. The outdoor areas of this property are incredibly extensive, sporting a considerable swimming pool in the centre of the grounds. This beautiful pool is also surrounded by a small patch of emerald-green grass. As such, guests can use this space to absorb the warmth of the blazing sun and revel in the idyllic scenes that surround them. This property is also home to a few outdoor dining and seating areas. Thus, guests are free to enjoy an abundance of al fresco dining experiences whenever they please.
 
The interior of this property is very traditional, using a plethora of stone-cladding accent walls to exude a sense of authenticity and comfort. The living area also makes use of these themes, using a variety of accent walls and high ceilings to build a feeling of cohesion. This space also includes a large white sofa that helps to offset the dark themes seen throughout this room. Moving on to the dining area, this space contains a broad wooden table as well as a set of matching chairs. Therefore, this is an ideal space for guests to enjoy each other’s company in a deeply communal environment. The kitchen within this property follows a very similar theme, as seen by the collection of light wooden cupboards that are scattered throughout the space. The ground floor is also home to two stunning bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a spacious double bed that has been fitted with a selection of ample bed linens, offering guests a restful night’s sleep throughout their stay. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed set, making it a perfect space for young children. There is also a stylish bathroom on this floor that makes use of a luxurious shower.
 
Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll uncover the remaining three bedrooms. All of these bedrooms contain a pair of single beds and also provide access to their own opulent en-suite bathrooms. In turn, these rooms are ideal for children or for couples who prefer to sleep separately.

Mallorca is a very popular tourist destination, attracting visitors from far and wide with its alluring range of landmarks and attractions. Palma Cathedral is one of the region’s most acclaimed landmarks and can be found just under 45-minutes away from the centre of Mallorca. This deeply significant monument was first crafted in 1601 and showcased a rich and ornate Gothic style. The looming pillars and intricate stone carvings help to make this building a must-see attraction for any European history lover. Palma Cathedral also overlooks the nearby coast, giving guests a tremendous amount of panoramic views to enjoy.
 
If you are looking to uncover more about Mallorca’s far-reaching history, a trip to the Royal Palace of La Almudaina is a must-do. This outstanding palace dates back to the 14th century and presents a variety of Roman motifs. The Royal Palace of Almudaina is around 45-minutes away and welcomes guests Tuesday-Sunday from 10 am till 7 pm.
 
This region is also filled with immersive and bustling markets, giving tourists the chance to blend in with some of the vibrant locals. The Santa Catalina Market was first established in 1920 and quickly grew into one of the most popular and busiest markets in the entirety of Mallorca. Guests are encouraged to meander through the variety of stalls and bask in the delicious produce that surrounds them. If you are looking to prepare and serve some delicious meals back at Can Concos, feel free to pick up a few fresh ingredients, such as vegetables, cheeses, and seafood. There is also a small cafe on-site that serves a collection of authentic tapas dishes, helping tourists to learn more about Mallorca’s delicious delicacies. This cafe also sells a variety of local beers and wines. The Santa Catalina Market is based under 45-minutes away and is open Monday-Sunday from 7 am till 4 pm.

Miro moved to Palma in 1929 and often showcased this location in many of her paintings, giving guests the opportunity to learn more about the artistic influences that are seen throughout this region.
 
For guests looking to learn more about the Art Nouveau movement, a trip to the Can Prunera Museum is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This amazing museum can be found in a grandiose and fully-resorted mansion, which is situated just over 50-minutes away from the centre of Mallorca. Inside, guests will be greeted with an abundance of Modernist and Contemporary art from a plethora of unique figures such as Paul Klee and Fernand Leger. In the basement level of this building, there is an ornate kitchen that is lined with dated and authentic appliances. This helps to add another layer of tradition to the entire attraction, allowing guests to transport themselves to a delightful otherworld.
 
The Caves of Hams is an outstanding tourist attraction that allows guests to explore a collection of intricate structures at their own pace. This remarkable landmark is based just over half an hour away, making it a very accessible location for those staying at Can Concos. The temperature inside these caves is around 21°C, making it an ideal place if you are seeking out some essential shade from the hot Spanish sun. There are three main caves to discover, one of which hosts an incredible underground lake that is filled with calm turquoise water. During a standard walking tour, guests can also ask the guide any questions they have about the caves, helping to broaden their knowledge of these incredible structures.

Security deposit €300 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday. All other days on request.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
