Villa Alina combines beautiful character with all the modern amenities you could need in a great location nearby the beaches. The three-bedroom house sleeps 6 people, spread over two levels, with superb outdoor space perfect for families.
Once inside the villa has a calming ambience, with light and spacious living areas and tasteful furnishings, the atmosphere is one of a home away from home, making it easy to relax from the moment you enter the door. The open plan living/dining area provides ample space, should you decide to relax or dine inside, with a character fireplace. The kitchen provides the opportunity for you to try your hand at some Spanish classics! On this ground floor, there are also two good sized double bedrooms which share a full bathroom. Moving to the first floor, there is a third double bedroom with an ensuite. The property offers enough space so you can both socialise and find some time to yourself.
The outdoor space is of this villa is something special, with fantastic, desirable views of the Bay of Pollensa and the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana. It is hard to look away, so the beautiful covered terrace and pool area become the ideal spot to spend the days reading your books or enjoying an aperitif or two whilst enjoying the magical sunset over the evening sky. The pool is hard to resist and is perfect for cooling off in the warm Spanish climate. If you’re a fan of al-fresco dining, there is a barbecue, so you can cook up a feast of fresh local fish!
Villa Alina is very well equipped to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. The house is situated on top of a small promontory near the road that connects the towns of Sa Pobla and Alcudia, which is close both to the beaches of Alcudia and those of Pollensa.

About the surrounding area of Villa AlinaVilla Alina makes a wonderful choice for families wanting to enjoy beautiful North Mallorca, being situated just a short distance from the popular resorts of Pollensa and Alcudia.
The historic town of Alcudia is less than a ten minute car journey from the villa, with its cobbled streets, boutique shops and delicious restaurants it is well worth a visit. Just a little further along is Port d'Alcudia, with its huge beach and further selection of excellent restaurants and bars.
Similarly, the town of Pollenca is less than fifteen minutes from the villa, spend a morning climbing the 365 Calvari steps and enjoy beautiful views from the top! The beaches at Port de Pollenca are just fifteen minutes from Villa Alina.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.
