A rich and elegant villa located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote Sedut is an idyllic holiday home that effortlessly caters to the needs of every guest. As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be blown away by the sheer size of the considerable swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. Therefore, guests are free to use this space to cool off and relax at any point during their stay. Guests can also use the premium sun loungers to absorb the blazing rays of the warm sunshine. This expansive property is also home to a collection of outdoor terraces. This means that guests can indulge in a refreshing glass of wine as they gaze out at the tremendous sights that sit before them.
The interior of this property is utterly marvellous, sporting an eclectic range of decors to help build a deeply unique and contemporary home. The living area presents a soothing collection of off-white walls, which help to contrast the large brown leather sofas that sit in the centre of the room. As such, guests can use this space to spend quality time together as they binge-watch their favourite shows on flatscreen TV. The dining area is a delightfully communal environment, as seen by the broad wooden table and fabric chairs that define this space. In turn, this space is perfect for delicious family dinners and for enjoying each other’s company. The kitchen within this villa is extremely chic and sleek. This space showcases a large breakfast bar as well as a collection of light wooden cupboards. Thus, guests can prepare and serve a wealth of delectable meals throughout their time on this spectacular property.
Lanzarote Sedut is also home to four spacious bedrooms, making it an ideal property for large groups. Each of these rooms is home to an extensive double bed that has been decorated with ample and crisp linens. Therefore, guests are sure to revel in a peaceful and tranquil night’s sleep throughout the duration of their stay. In addition, these rooms also provide access to their own en-suite bathrooms for an added layer of privacy and luxury.
Lanzarote Sedut has only one air conditioner in the living room, as the villa has an integrated cooling system, which draws the air out every 30 minutes, so that the temperature in the Villa is always a pleasant 22º-23º.

This extensive landmark is teeming with soft golden sand and clear water. Thus, it is a perfect place to visit if you are looking to detach from the hustle and bustle of normal life and become more mindful of your surroundings. As the largest beach in Puerto del Carmen, it is often viewed as a fan favourite amongst tourists and locals. In turn, the beach always has a plethora of sunbeds and parasols on hand to accommodate for the busier seasons.

THE REGION
Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.
With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

One of the most popular attractions within this region is an open air cinema that is called Rooftop Biosfera. This attraction allows guests to watch an immersive movie whilst enjoying a breath of fresh air. Guests will also be supplied with blankets in the colder months to help them remain comfortable at all times. You will also be asked to wear headphones to give you a more enriching viewing experience. Previously, this cinema has presented a wealth of cult classics such as The Greatest Showman and Bohemian Rhapsody. Rooftop Biosfera has situated just a short walk away from the centre of the region.
Rancho Texas is an interactive animal park like none other and can be found just under 10-minutes away. This extensive park hosts a wide variety of beautiful creatures and often presents an abundance of entertaining shows. As such, guests can partake in the Birds of Prey and Sea Lions show in order to get a more intimate view of these incredible animals. The most entertaining aspect of Rancho Texas is its elusive Wild West theme. The staff is known to dress up as cowboys and embody the true spirit of this time. The park also hosts a series of themed events to help keep the fun going throughout the busier seasons.
If you are looking to experience the beauty of marine wildlife from a much more relaxed perspective, a submarine tour is a perfect way to do so. Establishments such as Submarine Safaris Lanzarote allow guests to board an iconic submarine and travel down to the depths of the sapphire blue sea. Each excursion lasts for around 1 hour and will travel to a maximum depth of 30 metres. As such, guests can marvel at a plethora of delightful creatures whilst remaining nice and dry. These tours usually depart from Puerto Calero, which can be found less than 10-minutes away from the centre of the region. In turn, this is a fantastic activity for any child who wishes to learn more about the biodiversity of the region without actually going underwater.
