The exterior boasts a sizable swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxation, complemented by premium sun loungers for soaking up the warm sunshine. Inside, Seduttori features a contemporary decor with off-white walls and large brown leather sofas in the living area, creating a comfortable space for group activities and TV watching. The dining area, characterized by a broad wooden table and fabric chairs, fosters a communal atmosphere ideal for family dinners. The chic and sleek kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and light wooden cupboards, allows guests to prepare and serve delightful meals.
With four spacious bedrooms, each adorned with crisp linens on extensive double beds, Seduttori accommodates large groups comfortably. The bedrooms also offer en-suite bathrooms for added privacy and luxury. While there's one air conditioner in the living room, the integrated cooling system ensures a consistently pleasant temperature of 22º-23º throughout the villa.

As the largest beach in Puerto del Carmen, it is often viewed as a fan favourite amongst tourists and locals. THE REGION
Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.
With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

Villa is great
Villa is great. Transfer very efficient but we paid for pool heating and the pool is very cold!
