Casa Quique is based around a 5 minute drive away from the centre of Puerto del Carmen, a popular area that is well recognised for its diverse array of iconic landmarks and attractions. Submarine Safaris Lanzarote is one of the area’s most alluring attractions, just under a 10 minute drive from the villa. This establishment allows guests to board an iconic yellow submarine and travel to a maximum depth of 30 metres. Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Security deposit Credit card details are required 2 weeks prior to departure for pre-authorisation.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? This property has coin-operated air conditioning and heating units which operate on a pay-as-you-go basis. These units are to be paid in cash, locally.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes and mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14+ nights also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Pool heating included between Oct - June. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - A cot is available on request and at an extra cost of £20 per week, paid directly to Oliver's Travels. A high chair is also available on request and at an extra cost of £20.00 per week, paid directly to Oliver's Travels. If booked together, these items will be available at an extra cost of £30.00, paid directly to Oliver's Travels.
- Late stays can sometimes be arranged in resort directly with the property managers, however, the only way to guarantee a late checkout on this property is to book an extra night.
