Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available on this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, is included in the rental price between 1st November – 31st May. Outside of these dates, there will be a charge of €15 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax not applicable.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs 1 x travel cot and 1 x highchair are provided on a request basis. If guests require more, the extra cost will be €25 per cot and €15 per high chair, per week.

    This villa is ideal for a nice, quiet and relaxing get away with family or alone. The outdoor area was private enough yet not secluded so you could still admire the views around. Far enough away but also close enough at the same time to bars & restaurants and a short taxi ride into the main town at little cost. We will definitely be returning. The host was very friendly and helpful.

    I am a repeater of this house because it fits my needs. Spacious, very clean and with everything you need for a short/half stay. Very comfortable furniture and the heated pool set in a beautiful garden, cared for at such a level of detail, which is worthy to be visited. Very thankful to Amanda who always responds/solves our doubts quickly. And we always love the detail of the fruit and water on our arrival.
    Although the house has lampshades on the entrance fence, it is located in a very quiet estate, but no street lighting, which makes it difficult to walk back at night if you don't have a flashlight.
