Villa Illa Blanca is an outstanding luxury Villa on the Island of Ibiza, near the famous Santa Eulalia. This five-bedroom holiday home, feels more like an Estate due its expansive grounds and superior amenities. Its Rustic Finca-Modern Classic hybrid design & layout will ensure that every guest’s desires are accommodated for, whether you’re a pursuing a raucous holiday or just seeking a spirituality fulfilling break!
Entering the grounds, you are immediately greeted by a perfectly groomed palm tree garden; with large lawns, a fish pond and a luxurious boomerang shaped private swimming pool. Recline on one of the many sun loungers and work on that tan, whilst taking in the striking Santa Eulalia countryside.
Villa Illa Blanca has been recently renovated, so it comes as no surprise that the living areas are spacious, the dining spaces are elegant and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to appease the most boisterous of Holiday Chefs…we’ve all met at least one!
Bedrooms can be found on both floors and each guest room is fortified with air conditioning to guard against those sweltering Balearic heatwaves, guaranteeing a good night’s rest. After sleeping off the previous days exhaustions, make your way down to the garden pergola (via the kitchen) and enjoy breakfast overlooking the estate. When you’re feeling revitalised; play some ping pong, take a dip in the pool and start the day over in paradise.
What you should know…
- There’s very little natural protection on the grounds, so be conscious of this by keeping hydrated and topping up on the sun lotion
- This villa is marketed as a four bedroom villa, however there are five bedrooms and it can sleep up to 10 people.

THE REGION
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.
Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza's one and only golf course is in the region too.

Great
Great set up for outdoor living, with table outside villa to eat in the shade, and same again 50 metres away near the pool, with seating for at least 20 if required. Very big pool, gentle sloping entry for children, lots of laying out areas by pool so could have space if you wanted. Plus gym, plus 2 BBQ's (gas and charcoal), picking oranges for breakfast juice.....
