THE REGION

At the geographical heart of the island, the village of Santa Gertrudis is Ibiza as a microcosm. Steeped in tradition, the main square is overlooked by the whitewashed fortress church with its distinctive yellow tower and surrounded by a cluster of bars, restaurants and shops. Meanwhile, the rich agricultural landscape surrounding the village is home to fruit orchards, sheep, goats and the island's only dairy cows.

The town itself is an attraction. Nearby is the gorgeous Benirrás beach with its beach club Elements Ibiza and hippie bongo drummers playing as the sun goes down on Sundays. Shopping is hard to resist with many lovely boutiques and the auction house Casi Todo to pick up some antiques. There are several annual festivals in Santa Gertrudis, including the Domingo del Arte art festival and the blessing of the animals in the church.

Departing from Es Cana port, take a leisurely ride on the Tourist Train to explore highlights like Puig de Missa and San Carlos village - it's a colorful and enjoyable experience.

Back at the villa, with amenities such as a children plays area, cinema room, Wi-Fi and TVs throughout, there are plenty of entertainment options to keep the little ones happy after a long day of splashing in the private pool. Parent should note however that the swimming pool is unfenced so children should be well-supervised when playing in the vicinity.

For older kids craving adventure, Acrobosc Ibiza Climbing Park offers thrilling circuits with zip lines and obstacles. Safety is a priority with tailored circuits and equipment, ensuring a safe and exciting day out. Located just over 20 minutes away, it's open daily from 10 am to 9 pm.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €10,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A copy of the lead persons passport must be sent as soon as the deposit payment is made. If the lead person, at this stage, does not have a valid passport then an alternative person will need to be the lead person of the booking. The owner will not accept the booking unless he has a copy of a passport is submitted.
Other Ts and Cs - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).

- Ideal accommodation for 9 adults or 8 adults and 2 children up to 12 years (the owners would not accept 10 adults).
