The exterior of this property is extremely attractive, as seen by the elegant swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. This pool is teeming with refreshingly cool water, making it the ideal spot for guests to cool off and unwind after a busy day of exploring the local sights. This property is also accompanied by a considerable span of emerald-green grass that has been manicured to perfection. Thus, guests can use this space to absorb the warming rays of the blazing sun or to play games together as a group. As such, this is a fantastic attraction to visit if you want to observe the nuances and mysteries found deep within this region’s history. Can Marca Caves are based just 15 minutes away from the centre of the region.
 
If you are travelling with very young children, a ride on the Tourist Train is a real treat. Security deposit €10,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Other Ts and Cs A copy of the lead persons passport must be sent as soon as the deposit payment is made. If the lead person, at this stage, does not have a valid passport then an alternative person will need to be the lead person of the booking. The owner will not accept the booking unless he has a copy of a passport is submitted.
