A sleek white-walled villa with views down to the sea, Villa Tarida is perfectly situated close to shops, restaurants and beaches in San Jose, Ibiza. With a modern build, cosy furnishing and Buddhist influenced decoration, Villa Tarida provides a comfortable holiday home for you during your stay.
The villa can host ten guests at a time, making it an excellent choice for large groups of travellers or a family or two! There are five bedrooms, two doubles and three twins, which is perfect for families with kids or larger groups staying together. Each bedroom is spacious and stays true to the Buddhist influence seen in the rest of the villa. Pops of colours complement white walls and wood furnishing to decorate, promoting real feelings of tranquillity whilst remaining cosy and comfortable. With a total of 3 bathrooms, queue times in the morning will be shorter.
The living area is very spacious and bathed in natural light from the large windows and French doors. There are several seating options here, including sofas, armchairs, and a TV to the side for entertainment in your downtime.
The kitchen is well equipped to make whatever you please during your stay or whenever you fancy a break from Ibiza's lovely restaurants to make your meals. Your meals can be enjoyed inside at the dining table or on one of the terraces, where you will find outdoor dining tables and enjoy your meals with the sunset.
Outside, there are a number of seating areas to enjoy. Up on both terraces, you will find sets of outdoor furniture, but also, down by the pool there are several sun loungers for soaking up the rays. Also, here you will find a lovely chill-out spot in the shade of a large overhanging tree, perfect for quick naps in the warm breeze or a spot of meditation and mindfulness.
The gorgeous private pool must be mentioned too, as the cool blue glistening water will provide not only relief from the warm sun but also endless fun! You can take a dip here any time, too, as outside, there is stunning night lighting that bathes the area in romantic colours.
Villa Tarida is a modern and tastefully decorated delight in the San Jose area of Ibiza; its own private pool and proximity to beaches, bars, restaurants, and shops is the perfect place to base your Ibizan holiday.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa TaridaOne massive benefit of Ibiza is that the island is small but mighty. If you were to drive from the top of the island to the bottom, it would only take an hour and 30 minutes to drive from one side to the other. If you want to explore the broader area of Ibiza, renting a car and taking day trips to each island corner would let you experience every part of it during your stay. It is highly recommended you do as the island has so much on offer in such easy reach!
Head 20 minutes north to San Antonio and the Sunset Strip, where you can taste Ibiza's fantastic nightlife. The beach is just one example of Ibiza's many beautiful sandy beaches, with warm sand and clear waters inviting you in. The promenade stretches from the harbour to Caló des Moro beach, making it the perfect spot for dinner and an evening stroll. The incredible multicoloured sunset makes the area one of the island's most popular spots and is a must visit during your stay.
The San Jose area sits at the foot of the island's highest mountain, Sa Talaia – 475m tall! The area's main street has a large range of shops, restaurants, and bars for you to enjoy. Also, here you will find a large church that is a crucial point of the area, where you can find a spot in the shaded courtyard and take a moment to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
Every Saturday in San Jose, there is a lovely crafts market in the village centre with a selection of local seller's crafts, pastries and produce. Also on offer are a selection of paintings, ceramics and sculptures made by the locals.
If you're a fan of nightlife, Ibiza is, of course, famous for its club scene. Two big hitters of the island are Amnesia and Privilege, which draw many holidaymakers each year. Although these are just two of the island's most famous nightlife spots, you will surely find many more to enjoy and let your hair down!
Ibizan restaurants are known to serve food influenced by the entire globe, so there is always something to eat on offer. The nearest restaurant to Villa Tarida is S'Espartar Restaurant, just 800m from the doors. A 5-minute drive will take you to El Silencio Ibiza, a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy your meal with the sound of the ocean and an incredible view. If you wish to use Villa Tarida's fully equipped kitchen or simply stock up on snacks, there are also a number of supermarkets a short drive from the villa.

THE REGION
A true island jewel, San José exemplifies the traditional heart of Ibiza. Loved by tourists and locals alike, San José offers a wonderful insight into life in a traditional Ibizan village. Nestled in the lush foothills of Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island, San José boasts a wealth of charming restaurants, bars and cafés, beautiful boutiques and local crafts at the traditional market.
There is a surprisingly wide choice of restaurants and bars in this small village, from exclusive restaurants to pizza places, traditional bars and spots where you can enjoy great cocktails and even live music.
San José has several nice small shops and boutiques. Here you can find some lovely souvenirs, including pretty traditional ceramics. There are also colourful Ibizan fashion items, trendy children's toys and many other lovely things you didn't even know you needed.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe bedrooms are ideally situated for a family - or even two! With two doubles and three twin rooms, parents can take the doubles and still leave plenty of space for kids to claim as theirs. Three bathrooms also mean less queue times for your morning routines and a faster move towards starting your day!
The fully equipped kitchen in the villa means that family favourite meals can be whipped up with no problem but leaving the villa to enjoy a local restaurant is no hassle with kids. The restaurants in Ibiza are welcoming to all ages, so there are plenty of familiar dishes for kids to rely on if they’re not feeling adventurous.
The living areas leave plenty of room for any activities kids want to do, as even though there is ample seating, it still manages to be airy. In the downtime, it won’t be hard to keep them entertained as they can use the TV, or teenagers can connect to the Wi-Fi and chat with friends at home or simply stream their favourite content right to their devices.
Kids will love the space available outside, not to mention the incredible private pool. Even when the sun sets early, the ample outside lighting means you can keep an eye on teens who wish to go for a nighttime swim.
Take the whole family on a tour of the island, as Ibiza’s compact nature means you can cover large sections quickly. Make a family challenge to visit every beach or simply drive around the beautiful nature.
The island, of course, has many beautiful beaches, including natural pebble coves and warm sandy beaches. Kids will love both, as they can build grand sand castles in the sun or simply enjoy the lovely clear waters.
The nearest restaurant to Villa Tarida is S’Espartar Restaurant, which is just 800m away from the doors meaning you don’t have far to travel with restless little ones before they can be fed. Due to the size of the island, even if you wish to head out a little further to eat, it wouldn’t be long before they would have to wait!
