Stunning sea views, beautiful terraces and luxury interiors, Villa Salina has it all! The fantastic thing about this villa, is it feels like its own private oasis, yet the beach clubs, and popular Ibiza town are all just a stone throw away.
Located just 4km from Ibiza’s Town centre you are tantalisingly close to the historic streets, vibrant bars and lively restaurants that Ibiza is famed for. Whether you are looking for lively evenings out with your friends, quiet time as a family or a romantic evening as a couple, this fantastic area has something for everyone, with a vast amount of activities and pastimes available to you!
The villa itself blends together modern furnishings and charming features, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere throughout every room. As you walk through the property, every nook and cranny has been thought about, with pieces of art, beautiful ornaments and top-spec appliances making the entire villa feel luxurious.
There is a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, so everyone can gather around and help cook delicious meals. Around the corner a sublime lounge offers guests the chance to put their feet up and relax, with a warm cosy atmosphere designed to make you feel at home.
There is also a beautiful dining room, with glass archways looking into a courtyard, where dangling plants, luscious trees and flowering creepers add an enchanting nature to the space, perfect for creating memories with your loved ones.
Within the villa, there are four beautiful double bedrooms, all en-suite and two of which boast luxurious bathtubs! Two further bedrooms are found in a separate apartment, sharing a modern bathroom and a gymnasium full of professional equipment is there for the fitness enthusiast of the group!
From various rooms throughout the villa, you can step out into the sun finding enchanting courtyards, tranquil balconies and bright open terraces. These vast open-air spaces let guests relax outside both individually or as a large group. There is a large private swimming pool, luxury day beds, comfy sun loungers and of course space to dine al-fresco, enjoying unforgettable evenings under the stars!

- There is no safety fence around the pool, so make sure you keep an eye on younger children
- The villa has simple access to the main road to San Jose, making it easy to access from Ibiza town and the airport

About the surrounding area of Villa SalinaOn the Southern end of the beautiful island, Villa Salina offers holiday goers the prime location for visiting Ibiza Town, with its fashionable and elegant bars, restaurants and retail therapy offerings, as well as the exquisite coastline to which it owes its fame. The fantastic location ensures perfect privacy and isolation, yet puts you so close to the action, with Ibiza town just five minutes away!
The nearby beaches are stunning, with crystal clear waters, soft sand and small bays to explore; Nassau Beach Club is within walking distance of the villa, and there are also two fantastic beach clubs within a short drive: El Chiringuito (on Es Cavallet beach) and Blue Marlin (on Cala Jondal) just 15 minutes away.
Despite its current reputation for all-night parties, hedonism and elegance, Ibiza was first popularised by a hippy community, and in amongst the trendy clubs and lively beaches, their presence is still felt in the many markets they established throughout the years, the most famous of which is just a short drive away.
Indeed, the immense popularity of the island ensures you’ll never be far from anything you need – be that a supermarket, restaurant or an all-night dance floor! As the clubbing capital of the world, you can guarantee a good night out at any of Ibiza’s famous clubs including Pacha, Amnesia and the world’s biggest club: Privilege.
And for those not looking to party every night, Ibiza is ideal for a romantic weekend and even an active family holiday – with fantastic cycling, kayaking, hiking, and many more activities on offer!
These are particularly good during the winter when the island calms down a little but retains its fabulous weather. Of course, no Spanish island would be complete without an excellent array of wine and seafood on offer, and Ibiza is no different, with a thriving culinary scene.

THE REGION
The island's capital is romantic and intriguing, exciting and vibrant, brash and buzzing, cosmopolitan and classic; all rolled into one eye-catching package. By day, she's all about shopping, boating, beach-bar-hopping and historical sightseeing; then, by night, alfresco wining and dining, followed by dancing 'til dawn.
You'll find a great selection of small boutiques, high-end fashion stores, shoe shops and all kinds of novelties. It attracts a very international crowd all year round and is a great place to do some celebrity spotting in the summer. There are some great art galleries and history museums, and the pretty ancient citadel of Dalt Vila is a history lesson in itself. We guarantee you'll never be stuck for something to do.

For a relaxing afternoon, retire to the beautiful private pool where the kids can enjoy some harmless fun, and you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of a sun lounger.
In the surrounding landscape you will find endless opportunities for an active day out with all the family: cycle through an array of postcard-picture villages and along the rugged coast – there’s plenty of rental services so you should have no problems finding bikes!
Alternatively, enjoy a range of water-sports along the sublime coastline or even experience the fantastic scenery on a hike – be sure to take a picnic, there are endless perfect spots to sit, relax, and take in the breath-taking views across the Balearic sea!
