Villa Katala is a stunning, three bedroom, single-storey villa situated in the picturesque southern region of Gran Canaria. This charming accommodation features three air-conditioned bedrooms, meticulously designed for relaxation. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and provides convenient access to the terrace, allowing you to bask in the island breeze as soon as you get out of bed. The other two bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with single beds, catering perfectly to groups of up to six people, and ideal for those travelling with older children, or groups of friends holidaying together. With two well-appointed bathrooms featuring bathtubs offer guests total convenience during their stay.

Villa Katala features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Whether you're a gourmet chef or a culinary novice, this kitchen sets the stage for delightful family meals, offering plenty of food-prep space, cookware and utensils - as well as extra dining space with a table seating up to four guests.

At the heart of the villa you’ll discover the expansive and luminous living room, featuring a light, neutral decor and bright, sumptuous furnishings. This delightful space, which incorporates ample room for indoor dining with a table that seats six, is perfect for enjoying quiet time together, relaxing, or enjoying your favourite shows on the villa’s flatscreen Satellite TV.

From here, guests step through the sliding glass doors and out onto the semi-covered terrace, adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture. The terrace seamlessly merges with a private garden, where sunbeds fringe the sparkling private pool. Basking in the Canarian sun while cooling off in the pool creates the perfect holiday ambience for guests young and old alike.

THE REGION

Maspalomas is not just known for its enormous expanse of dunes next to the sea or its great climate. It is also known for its old Lighthouse, which saw the first tourists arrive and witnessed the area turn into a holiday resort.

Just a few metres from the promenade, bathers and walkers dive into the sand, which marks the start of the Maspalomas Natural Dune Reserve, made up of three eco-systems: Palmeral, Charca and Dunas (Palms, Pond and Dunes), which run in parallel a few metres from the sea. The whole area is an enormous, exceptionally valuable natural space.

Security deposit €450 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

- Overcrowding the property is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorised exceptions.
