About the surrounding area of Maspalomas DelfinMaspalomas Delfín is just a short walk from the busy Maspalomas area, known for its famous landmarks and lively atmosphere. Playa de Maspalomas, a sandy beach with clear blue water, is less than 10 minutes away, offering a great spot to relax by the sea. The nearby town has plenty of local restaurants for a quick bite before returning to the beach.
The Yumbo Centre, just over 5 minutes from the villa, is a large shopping centre with more than 200 shops and restaurants. It’s also known for its LGBT+ friendly environment, with a variety of bars, nightclubs, and drag shows.
The Maspalomas Lighthouse, also about 5 minutes away, is a 19th-century structure that stands 184 feet tall. It’s fully automated and offers visitors the chance to explore the lighthouse and take in great views of the beach from the top.

THE REGION
Maspalomas is not just known for its enormous expanse of dunes next to the sea or its great climate. It is also known for its old Lighthouse, which saw the first tourists arrive and witnessed the area turn into a holiday resort.
Just a few metres from the promenade, bathers and walkers dive into the sand, which marks the start of the Maspalomas Natural Dune Reserve, made up of three eco-systems: Palmeral, Charca and Dunas (Palms, Pond and Dunes), which run in parallel a few metres from the sea. The whole area is an enormous, exceptionally valuable natural space.

Best Suited For: All AgesMaspalomas offers a range of landmarks that are sure to engage children and adults alike. Palmitos Park, a botanical garden, is home to a wide variety of plants and wildlife, including over 160 species of cacti, 1,000 palm trees, and 42 types of trees. It’s a great place to learn about the local ecosystems. The park also has exotic animals like hummingbirds and dolphins, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. Palmitos Park is about a 20-minute drive from the villa.
Holidayworld Maspalomas Centre is another popular attraction, offering something for everyone. It features a karaoke bar, bowling alley, and retro arcade, providing plenty of opportunities for family fun and friendly competition. The centre also has an on-site restaurant where you can enjoy a meal after a day of activities. Located just a few minutes from Maspalomas Delfín, it’s open Wednesday through Sunday from 4 pm to 11:30 pm.
The Templo Ecuménico El Salvador, or the El Salvador Ecumenical Temple, is a unique church about 10 minutes from the villa. Its distinctive semicircle design reflects the bohemian spirit of the area. Inside, the church features large stained glass windows and intriguing décor, making it an interesting stop for those interested in the religious history of the region.

Beautiful house with excellent amenities. We were very impressed and had a lovely time.

Family trip
We had an amazing week in this house during the Easter break. We were families with big and small kids and the house was great for the different ages with great indoor and outdoor space for everyone. The house actually looks better in person than in the pictures. Manuel was so nice to deal with. Helpful with questions during the week and flexible with checking in and out. The location is great if you enjoy a short stroll to get to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. It was perfect for us, quiet and private, but nice and close for anyone that wanted to explore more. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Exceeded expectations!
Beautiful home, very well appointed, lovely setting. Host Anju was very attentive, responded immediately to any questions. The stovetop was quickly replaced and new pool equipment allowed the pool to be heated.

A fantastic week
We had a fantastic week at this place. The house was even nicer than the impression you get from the pictures. Everything was great. The only thing that needed an improvement was the outside kitchen area and the SPA, but Anju told us that this was due to happen in March.
