As such, guests are free to use this space to its fullest potential, using it to unwind after a hectic day of exploring the local sights. Opposite the swimming pool is a large garden area, offering guests the ideal place to play exciting games together as a family. This property is also home to a tremendous selection of outdoor terraces, allowing guests to kick back and relax as they learn to appreciate the awe-inspiring views that sit before them.
The interior of this property sports a very modern and contemporary theme, helping guests to feel right at home as soon as they step through the front door. The living area presents a striking white sofa that has been expertly decorated with a selection of chic monochrome scatter cushions. Thus, this is a perfect space for guests to recharge their batteries as they discuss their favourite aspects of the trip so far. The dining area adheres to an incredibly sleek design, making good use of a glass-topped table and an accompanying set of high-backed black chairs. Thus, guests can use these impeccable design choices to enjoy a series of delicious meals as well as some quality time together as a group. The kitchen within this property is nothing short of pure perfection, showcasing a broad kitchen island as well as a range of wooden cupboards and surfaces. As such, guests are free to prepare and serve a diverse range of meals throughout their stay on this affluent property. The ground floor is also home to a pair of spacious bedrooms. Both of these rooms contain vast double beds, making them suitable for guests who may find it difficult to climb lots of stairs.
Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms. These rooms host considerable king-sized beds, ensuring that guests can achieve a deeply restful night’s sleep throughout the duration of their stay.

The Sant Francesc Xavier Market is located just over 10 minutes away from the villa and welcomes guests every Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm.

THE REGION
The smallest of the Balearic islands lies just south of Ibiza and is known for its very relaxed vibe. You can arrive in as little as 40 minutes by ferry from Ibiza and you will find a real island paradise, a place where time almost seems to stand still.
People go to Formentera simply to relax, spend time lazing on one of its strikingly beautiful beaches and bathing in its sparkling crystalline waters. It's no surprise that Formentera's beaches are regularly voted as Europe's best, also ranking in the top ten worldwide.
As much as Formentera is a top holiday destination it's also very popular for daytime excursions from Ibiza. It's easy to get around on a rented scooter or bike to explore the charming villages and beautiful beaches, followed by a stop to eat delicious Mediterranean food in one of the many excellent restaurants

As a result, guests are encouraged to explore this area in detail, browsing through the wide range of shops and enjoying a divine meal as they gaze out at the calm water that sits close by. La Savina can be found just under 15 minutes away from Villa Roques.
The Don Pedro Wreck is one of the area’s most alluring landmarks and enables guests to embark on a scuba diving adventure like never before. This considerable cargo ship seems to span as far as the eye can see and has been submerged underwater for many years. Despite being covered in jagged rocks and vibrant coral, it still manages to expose many of its original structures. In turn, guests have the prime opportunity to explore the intricacies of this fascinating monument from a much more intimate and personal perspective. A majority of these excursions are carried out by a prized scuba diving establishment known as Vellmari, which is situated just 15 minutes away from the villa.
Cap de Barbaria is a truly iconic monument that is located around 20 minutes away from Villa Roques. This looming lighthouse is best known for its appearance on the silver screen, namely as shown in Julio Medem’s photograph in the hit film Lucio y el Sexio. Thus, guests can experience the wonders of this region through the lens of the riveting European film industry. Guests must also take a trip inside the gigantic lighthouse, examining its delicate inner workings as well as the breathtaking views of the local hotspots that sit below.
