Stay in the heart of the exclusive resort of Puerto Banus when you vacation in the ultra-modern Villa Tilos on southern Spain's Costa del Sol. This stunning architect-designed three-storey villa has four fabulously-appointed ensuite double bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends getaway. Villa Tilos is set on its grounds, with manicured lawned gardens and your private swimming pool. The villa is constructed out of classic whitewashed Mediterranean walls, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the property with natural light. The property has all the mod cons, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi, satellite televisions, and private parking. The interiors are cool and contemporary, with natural wood parquet floors, furnished with designer pieces, and decorated in a sophisticated palette of crisp, clean whites and subtle shades of grey.
Enter the villa, where you will be welcomed by a wow-factor, triple-height ceiling foyer. The seating area has a long, comfy elephant grey sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, facing a flat-screen satellite television and an adjacent wine fridge. There is a second living space, with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay, an adjacent six-seater dining set with a cosy fireplace, and a seating spot with armchairs and a TV. This opens onto a sea-view furnished balcony with a patio seating set and a four-seater dining set. There are four beautifully appointed bedrooms with large double beds and ensuite bath or shower rooms. The Main Suite has an additional walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private sea-view balcony with a swing seat. From here, you can access the roof terrace via a spiral staircase, home to a built-in Jacuzzi, a soft seating spot, and a high table with tall stools, perfect for sundowner cocktails.
Live life outdoors on the ground floor terrace, swim in the centrepiece pool with a jet stream, relax on the surrounding sun loungers, and enjoy a lazy afternoon on the double day bed before a cooling down shower. Take a siesta at the soft seating set before meeting on the terrace for sunset tapas. Feast outside at the outdoor dining table, with dishes freshly prepped in the summer kitchen and grilled on the state-of-the-art barbeque. As the stars shine, raise a glass of sparkling Cava and toast the most memorable holiday in the loveliest settings.

Your luxury holiday home is a scenic sixty-five kilometres from the nearest international airport of Malaga. The villa is within walking distance of a selection of shops for supplies for your stay, as well as welcoming cafes, bars, and restaurants. The property is within a few kilometres of some of Spain's most prestigious golf courses.
The nearest beach is a short walk to the elegant town of Puerto Banus, famous for its luxury marina, high-end shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Spend the day at a beach club, sunbathe, swim, and snorkel, join in the fun and games, and choose from a selection of exhilarating watersports, including jet skiing, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
You can keep fit by hiking or biking around the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, going on a pony trek across the dunes, or improving your serve at the tennis club.
Travel down the coast to the nearby old town of Marbella, with its narrow streets, historic buildings, local markets, and beautiful beaches. Visit the nearby town of Ronda with a dramatic gorge, or take a drive to the picturesque whitewashed village of Mijas.
In the evening, dine on freshly caught seafood by the seashore, then dance until dawn at one of Puerto Banus' many happening bars, beach clubs, and clubs.

Best Suited For: All AgesWhen you stay in Villa Tilos, you and your kids can have so much fun, starting with your own private pool, where they can swim and splash all day.
The nearest family-friendly beach of Puerto Banus is within walking distance, where the main beach has golden sands and games, Playa de San Pedro has a fabulous selection of chiringuitos for refreshments, and Nueva Andalucia has amenities for children. Your older kids can spend the day swimming, snorkelling, and trying their hand at a selection of water sports, including banana boat rides, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
Keep them active on holiday with a hike or bike ride through the National Park, a game of tennis, mini-gold or golf, and pony trek through the sand dunes from the local riding stables.
All aboard for a family day at sea, go dolphin spotting as you sail along the coast, sunbathing, swimming, and snorkelling, discovering hidden bays and secret coves.
Spend the day in Marbella, go to Funny Beach for go-karting and trampolines, and climb the historic fortress of the Castle for panoramic views of the city. Visit Selwo Adventura and see the wildlife.
