Explore the local scene with its array of cafes, shops, and cultural spots and take leisurely walks along the nearby beaches or engage in water activities. Marbella's Old Town is a quainy and charming part of the town and has most of what you'd want to see there. Be sure to sit and have some tapas in Plaza de los Naranjos before you head back to the property!

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3,000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4-9 pm. Late check-in sometimes available for guests, on request and at an additional charge. Please request during the booking process.
Departure time 11 am. Late check-out sometimes available for guests, on request and at an additional charge. Please request during the booking process.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Beach towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €450, payable to Olivers Travels with the balance payment. This fee consists of 3 cleans per week. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
