Situated in the hills above Marbella, this beautiful villa enjoys a privileged setting with wonderful mountains and Mediterranean coast views. Featuring a beautiful terrace and pool, the villa has been designed with the climate in mind and offers an immersive and natural setting to relax with family and friends.

Making the most of its elevated position, Villa Pleyades is arranged over three levels. Its contemporary aesthetic and large openings frame the wonderful views across the surrounding landscape and the sea. The entrance hall divides the ground floor into two parts, with two bedrooms to one side and the main living area opening out to the other. Beautifully designed, the rooms are bright and spacious, with high ceilings and minimal decor that offer an elegant and inviting setting. A generous living/dining room enjoys plenty of natural light, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors wrapping around the corner of the room and giving access to the terrace beyond. A comfortable seating area sits to one side, with large sofas positioned beside a fireplace and television, whilst the fully-equipped kitchen is tucked to the back of the room, fitted with contemporary wooden cabinets and high-spec Siemens appliances. A shaded patio area can be found beside the kitchen, where an outdoor dining table is the perfect place to enjoy lunch beside the pool or, make the most of the warm summer nights and share entertaining dinners with your guests.

Stretching away from the front of the house, the lovely terrace is enclosed in vibrant shrubs and leafy palms, offering a peaceful setting to enjoy relaxing afternoons in complete privacy. A large swimming pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim whilst a handful of chic loungers are positioned along the timber decking, perfect for drying off in the sun's warmth or settling beneath one of the umbrellas and enjoying a book beneath the shade. To the front of the villa, outdoor sofas are sheltered beneath the overhanging roof, where you can relax throughout the day or gather together in the evening and share a bottle of wine whilst the light fades over the neighbouring mountains.

There are five bedrooms for guests, each beautifully designed with stylish ensuite bathrooms featuring rainwater showers. On the upper level, the spacious main suite offers the ultimate luxury, with a large double bed and double doors that open out to a corner terrace where you can admire the incredible vista. Leave the curtains open to enjoy views from bed, or sit in the morning sun and enjoy a quiet moment with a coffee.

On the lower level, a second living area adopts a more elaborate character, with lavish sofas and carpets and low-level lighting that offers an atmospheric setting for the evening. On this floor, there is also a luxurious spa area with a heated indoor pool and sauna room, inviting you to completely switch off and relax. A central staircase runs throughout the villa, and an adjacent lift ensures each floor is accessible.

Whilst enjoying an exclusive position perched on the hillside above Marbella, Villa Pleyades is just a short drive from the region's golden coastline, making it easy to visit the beautiful beaches and lively towns nearby.

Due to the sunny climate, the neighbouring area is popular amongst sports enthusiasts, and there are plenty of manicured golf courses and exclusive tennis clubs to enjoy. The coast is just a few minutes away, where you can spend a relaxing day beside the sea and choose from any of the region's wonderful beaches. To the south, San Pedro de Alcántara is a popular spot for families, with a long stretch of golden sand and lovely clear waters for swimming. There are a variety of waterspouts on offer, or take a walk along the palm-lined promenade. Several restaurants and cafes can be found at the rear of the beach, or head up to the well-known Playa Nagüeles to find the area's most exclusive hotels and bars.

The famed Golden Mile runs parallel the coast, stretching from Marbella town to the glamorous Puerto Banús marina. Developed in the 1970s, the trendy port is a hub for celebrity yachts and sailboats, and the waterfront is lined with fashionable boutiques and elegant galleries. Wander around the streets to soak up the lavish atmosphere, or stop for a drink at one of the nearby bars to watch the daily activity. Sinatra’s Bar is an excellent spot for a cocktail, or head up to the impressive Sky Lounge for a great perspective over the harbour and views out to the mountains beyond. The town has a buzzing nightlife, with lively bars and dance clubs lining Calle Ribera, entertaining through the early hours. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from serving fresh fish and international cuisine, or for a more traditional experience, head to the laid-back Casa Blanca, where you can enjoy plates of delicious Andalusian tapas.

Marbella is just a short drive to the north, where you can explore the town’s vibrant culture, brimming with art galleries and local boutiques. Alternatively, hop on the Banus-Marbella ferry and enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the water, taking in the coastline from a different perspective.

Whilst the region is well-known for its wonderful beaches, the impressive Sierra Blanca mountain range is within easy reach, and plenty of well-marked trails invite you to explore the rocky landscape. The hillside village of Ojen is the starting point of many popular routes. Opt for a more challenging hike and head to the top of La Concha, where you will be rewarded with spectacular views from the summit that rises to an impressive 1215 ft above sea level.

With its wonderful outdoor space, Villa Pleyades is a lovely spot to spend time with the family and enjoy long sunny days around the pool. Kids can swim for hours whilst parents look on from the nearby loungers or sit in the shade and play a game of cards. Make the most of the warm climate and share meals on the terrace, whilst during the cooler months, the lower ground floor is perfect for watching a movie or challenging one another to a round of pool.

The nearby coast is just moments away, where you can find long stretches of golden sand with well-maintained public facilities, making it easy to spend the day beside the sea. Sitting next to the Puerto Banus marina, the popular Playa de Levante is a great spot for families, with a gentle shoreline perfect for young children to paddle in the shallow water. Alternatively, San Pedro de Alcántara sits slightly to the south, where the long Blue Flag beach is great for building sandcastles and strolling along the shore. You can enjoy an ice cream at one of the restaurants or cafes nearby or head up to the impressive San Pedro Boulevard where a newly built public park is a haven for children, with colourful playgrounds, slides and climbing frames suited to all ages.

Walk around Puerto Banus, where you can marvel at the yachts and watch the daily activities, or hop on the Banus-Marina ferry and enjoy a boat trip up the coast. Most beaches offer water-sports where you can hire jet skis or fly around on inflatable rides. The Cableski & Wake Board Centre is also nearby, offering lessons or the opportunity to test your skills in the play park, and you can also hire paddle boards for a more gentle afternoon on the lake. Or for a day on dry land, Adventura Amazonia is just a 20-minute drive to the north, and the park features a variety of high-ropes courses, swinging bridges, and thrilling zip lines, inviting you to whizz through the treetops offering a fun day out for all the family.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €5,000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm. For an early check in, there will be an extra cost of €400. Check in after 9 pm will also incur a fee of €400.
Departure time 11 am. For a late check out, there will be an extra cost of €400.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €1,815 (VAT included), payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €1,210 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Both the inside and outdoor pool can be heated. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax A 10% Service Charge is included in the final rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
